Seeing Seungmin cry broke me. Likw I've seen I.N. cry (also absolutely terrible) and I've seen Felix cry (also absolutely terrible) but seeing Seungmin cry was different. I've only ever seen him happy and smiley and yk like a puppy but him sobbing makes me was to just hug him. I wanna hug him and yk never let him go 42:18 I thought I was the only one who was gonna notice that Last time I went ice skating I almost broke my leg and my back. I was going to leave the rink but it was a weird rink and it had walls like on the ice itself so I went to cross a like intersection type of area and I slipped. Well because I was going fast I fell on my back then slid across the ice with like 10 people trying not to hit me and hit my leg on the side of a wall on the corner. I still have issues with my back/tailbone 2 years later and I had big cut that took over 2 months to fully heal and I had a bruise for several weeks after. So yk if you don't know how to skate don't go skating.

Nigel I’m noticing that no one commented on the “symbol” you saw in this episode. It’s NOT a swastika! 😭 it’s actually a Buddhist symbol for “good luck/fortune/peace” that has been around in many Asian countries to various degrees for generations. Hitler stole and corrupted the swastika symbol and also flipped it visually. There were so many rumors about Woojin before he departed. Harassment accusations, being mad that Chan was the leader even though WJ was older, not liking the music, not liking that Felix came back, etc etc etc. Basically, there wasn't much that was positive at all. As soon as the announcement was made that WJ was leaving, all hell broke loose. Many Stays (myself included) believe that he was basically kicked out because of the harassment accusations but was allowed to say he was the one leaving and that JYP helped make the accusations disappear as part of the deal. There were A LOT of pretty valid articles that came out to back that up - but they're long gone now. WJ is very talented, but I do not miss him being part of the group. I do not think that SKZ would be where they are today if he was still there. It was obviously a very difficult time for SKZ. They had to redo everything they were working on. It reset their entire group. They never really talk about it, but in the recent SKZ LOG, the silence as they watched their comeback without WJ spoke volumes. Chan said, "this was our beginning." Absolutely. This is my opinion as a survival show Stay (even though we weren't called stay yet lol) - for whatever it's worth.

personally i don't like/support woojin bc of the sudden departure bc that left skz with a lot of difficulties and i was here when it all happened and i remember skz were very tired so i choose not to support him. also skz rerecorded all their discography where he was which is kinda weird since JYP never did this with their other groups when a member left so yeah i guess they cut ties in a bad condition. also every time skz talk abt levanter they often say that it was a difficult time where they were scared to lose stays (bc of wj departure). in their first concert without him they even cried and especially hyunjin said that he was scared and asked Stays to stay with them forever.. so yeah me personally i would advice u to learn about all this on your own it's better! it was a very hard time for says and skz especially.

personally i don’t like wj cuz of his abrupt departure from the group during the preparation of the levanter era . it took a huge toll of the kids and till this day stays know how heavy levanter era was for them and how they struggled as now a 8 member group. nonetheless it’s amazing album

I said I don’t think he deserved the false allegations but I’m not taking anything down or removing how I feel and what I think and I appreciate your comment and how YOU feel. Like I said this is the first and last time I’m speaking on WJ. And by the way I agree Stays need to leave him be and let him enjoy his career that he has made for himself. I know it’s hard for Stays because he does stuff like making his fandom birthday on SKZ anniversary 3/25 which is foul. He needs to move on and stop the passive aggressive behavior to SKZ. I did see comments from some ARMYs a bit ago requesting to have one day for BTS like he does for Stray Kids on Fridays. Maybe that is what he is doing for ARMYs to try and make everyone happy? Maybe he will continue 2 kids rooms on Fridays when he finishes the survival show!

It is your opinion and you're entitled to it, I'm not trying to change it or anything but saying he was lazy or thought he was better than them, I would disagree. If you've been a stay since he was around you'd know how much criticism and hate he received ever since their debut, especially from kstays. They literally kept demanding his removal from the group, threatened to boycott the comebacks if he's still there, always throwing comments about him being the "visual hole" in skz, saying he's dragging the group down. He was bullied by his own "fans". We don't truly know why he left but if I were him I would too ngl. And what's even worse is that the hate only continued to grow bigger and bigger after he left, doxxing, making up horrible allegations against him and editing videos just to make him look bad. If you for any reason don't like him that's absolutely fine but spreading negative comments is not cool. Again not trying to change your opinion just saying please be more considerate, there are baby stays around who would take any opinion as a given fact and it only makes the fandom more and more toxic.

We arent 100% sure obviously but theres been speculation that either the entire team or maybe even just Chan begged/demanded the eliminated members back/for another chance, since he was so close with JYP. That and the people who were really following the show (myself and other fans, since we weren't technically stays yet) harassed THE HELL out of JYP after the eliminations. We did not let that man BREATHE until we got all 9 of them back

Just want to mention about the wj situation since you asked; he had bad harassment accusations made against him that some stay still believe to be true he has been proved to be innocent in terms of the accusations made against him. And in no way shape or form should anyone bother him about it. He is his own artist now and therefore stays, and non stays should not view his as 'an ex member of skz' he's his own artist and should not be associated with skz at all. To add to that, stray kids and himself have made it clear that they do not want to be associated with one another. Skz have shown and talked about how difficult of a time it was and they have made comments which if you were to look into would make it seem like something serious happened. However with that being said, we have no confirmations of anything and therefore should respect both skz and wj by not talking about it. No side should receive hate but there are too many people who still want to group them together. Its been more years of skz being 8 than they were ever 9 and they should be viewed as 8 whilst wj should not be mentioned alongside skz. The situation with him leaving was incredibly messy and hard on skz (and likely hard on wj too with all the harassment he dealt with), whatever happened is in the past and i dont think it should continue to be brought up as every side has made it clear that they are uncomfortable with being associated with one another. For context on skz feeling uncomfortable about the situation even in a recent video skz were watching their old performances and when levanter era showed up they all went so quiet and went on to say that it was a very hard some and that they felt almost 'resentful' during those promotions. There have also been comments made, ostly by Chan, about being annoyed that some sites still put up ot9 pictures instead of newer ones where they are 8, like very clearly annoyed. And on wj's side, he's gotten a lot of hate for leaving and even more so sicne there are some very toxic stays who disregard their wishes and still see wj as someone that they need to bother about skz, he ignores anything regarding skz and whilst there has been some weird and almost petty times, which definitely can just be coinsidental (i.e wj announcing that he's joining a new company on stray kids' anniversay and then literally 5 days ago announcing that he's having a comeback on stay's birthday.) it's best to not give it any attention and move on. No hate to you nigel for wanting to learn more about it but I don't think this is something that should continue to be brought up as both parties are uncomfortable with being associated with one another. I wish we knew what happened but we don't as we have never been told. It's better to move on than to speculate on what happened especially since both parties dislike it.

I hope if you decide to do a dive on Woojin you look at both sides (personally think it should be done on your own) Watch the videos of Stray Kids. Even for our birthday Chan hinted about the Levanter era. Everyone can take it how they want. For me, this is the first and last time I will truly be honest about how I feel about WJ and this is my opinion only. I feel he didn’t like the music from SKZ and he thought he was better than them or could do better on his own. He moved from SM to JYP but I think he didn’t have the stamina and didn’t fit in with SKZ. I think he thought when he left he would take their fans with him and some did go. The way he continues to drop stuff on Stray Kids anniversary or Birthdaysor anything major is telling. The allegations from Stays is saddening and disappointing and I feel bad for him for that but that is as far as it goes. I’m sure it’s difficult for him to see them so successful and achieving so much and it began right after he left. But SKZ worked hard and how he left and what he did to them…I want nothing to do with him. I’m glad he is doing good in Latin America but I can’t wait until we can move on from him. I love how in this episode you see the love they have for each other and it truly grows everyday. These boys are brothers and I don’t think WJ allowed himself to be a brother. Even in this episode I feel he is superficial but you see the splinters later in videos towards the end of WJ time with SKZ. Again my opinion. But for some people it’s hard to be vulnerable and WJ may have felt it’s only business. As SKZ says they were meant to be. It was fate. They are truly brothers

Nigel, here is the reality on Woojin... There was a sudden and brief announcement from the company that he left for personal reasons. The company, Stray Kids and Woojin have never to this day disclosed what happened. Anything beyond that is pure speculation. Stray Kids noticeably had a hard time with his departure and even in a recent video for Stay's bday when the kids talked about Levanter you could see them become solemn. Because of the unknown. He had a lot of Stay support. Chan was on live and spoke vaguely about a situation with many of the fandom believe he was referencing the Woojin situation. Chan.talked about people making mistake and how that can impact the people around them and affect the people around them. Even if he was talking about Woojin it could mean about a million things. The symbol you saw wasn’t the s*w*sti*a. For it to be the bad symbol it has to be tilted. The bad guys stole the original Buddhist symbol and made it mean horrible things. I’m not saying it’s an okay symbol now, just that bad people can steal things from other cultures and turn it evil. (This is what college did for me, I have random historical facts in my head…) Also, no spoilers, cause obviously lee know is in the group, but it’s the fact that they had to go through this just to be exactly as they were when they started is just ridiculous. Last thing, as someone who loved YG, this battle is something the two owners (YG and JYP) like to do to see who’s the better idol. It started cause they both had solo male artists who debuted around the same time. So it was always a comparison later. It’s one but ‘I’m better than you’ fight between them. Unless a group bombs, all the groups that debuted were successful. YG is a horrible person though so I stopped liking that company once my favs went into the military. The dynamic between JYP and YG is comical and they know that, so they play it up. (I didn’t mean to write a novel, my first experience in K-pop was the 2pm vs BigBang craziness so they’ve been doing this for a long time and it’s getting old…)

honestly i dont see that. BTS were big but not that big at that point, to where he'd need to be humbled. He was on their 2017 tour, which was of course a great tour, but...i dont see the correlation. So there's a reoccurring friendly feud between YG and JYP. For their groups, they always have their trainees battle! It's for fun and not to be taken too serious. It also helps get an outsiders perspective. Bang Chan mentioned BamBam in the last episode, and Bambam is a member of GOT7 (and friends with jungkook from bts) who was under JYP. During the last jyp vs yg battle, YG complimented bambam and then JYP debuted him :) and then in the upcoming episode you'll see the famous Yedam who debuted not long after this in a group called Treasure. He sadly left the group last year for unknown reasons.

it's very likely he broke some rule from JYP cause the way he left is similar to why a member of day6 left, because he was dating and that's a major rule in the first couple years. My speculation is that he was seen partying, smoking or dating someone and the company caught him. That's the only reasons i can think of.

I'm a new stay so I don't really know much but what I know is that Woojin left in the midst of preparations. The guys were struggling because all the recordings, the choreo, their unlock tour and he's had to he done all over again in like two month because he decided to leave and you can tell that they definitely didn't know woojin had plans to leave and that's why they struggled a lot in laventer era. In such short time they had to rerecord all the songs and practice hard to and rearrange everything since their 8 now that he left. It's why so many Stays have a mixed relationship with Woojin.about the rumors about him I don't really know much but he left without explanation and most stays were mad that he left them in the midst of their comeback and skz were clearly having a hard time cause they weren't updating anything (they usually update us thru live, yt posts and more) and when they start their first tour without woojin they all broke down on stage cause of the hard time they had. But there is other side of the story ( woojins side) that I don't know about but why he left is still a mystery and only skz and woojin know

Everything you might find about the woojin situation is just plain speculations. The only known truths is that he left suddenly, the members didn't take it well and JYPE said it was because of personal reasons, didn't elaborate more so no one really knows the full truth. Some stays hate him because of how his departure left a huge mental and emotional toll on the members, some just hate him for the fun of it. I personally don't hate him at all. He made a decision to pursue a different career path and I think everyone should respect that, it's only his timing that doesn't sit well with me.. Anyway I say there's no need to chase it up just try to overcome it like we all did, he was there and now he's not it's really that simple.
