Felix got diagnosed with a herniated disc in his back and was restricted because of it so that’s why he doesn’t participate in things like roller coaster rides. The other reason is because Felix has a severe fear of heights and fainted the last time he was on a roller coaster. Chan had to hold him up until the ride was over and he came too. So for these two reasons, they are very cautious with Felix now.

I believe this is when Felix had his back injury. They were very careful with him during that time and restricted his physical activities. It was during the Oddinary Era. That's why he didn't partake in a lot of the rides. In a lot of the videos from that time, Chan and the others can be seen warning him of his back and protecting him. Very sweet.

Nigel to not get sore after the gym you have to stretch before and after working out then take a cold shower so your muscles relax. Hope this helps because I didn't do this before and got major cramps lolol.
