If you ordered from jyp shop, you def should reach out to customer service and ask them to look into it for you. Their really quick responding to (those types of) emails. I ordered mine July 19th or so, and got them on Aug 5th. Even though I was apart of the 2nd shipment schedule, I got them really fast... I hope you can figure out what's going on with yours and they arrive for you soon! 🥺

I’m so glad you liked everything and that it arrived safely! Ketchup chips are bomb lol. The gasp I let out when you moved all slow and said you were allergic-💀 That light stick (also called a Nachimbong) is the latest version that just came out in June (version 1 came out in 2019) 😊 they only started mailing their 2nd batch of preorders at the beginning of august. I accidentally bought 2, but it worked out great in the end cuz I love that I was able to send one to you! If you look in the box it came with, there is also a wrist strap for it and an instruction leaflet. It walks you through downloading the app where you can change the light colours, and even the LED images! Love you fr Nigel! Thank you for all that you do 💜 ps: I am SO JEALOUS of that lee know poster!! 😭 I bought so many limited edition albums hoping to get him, but I didn’t 🥲
