I agree it is impressive that KQ, Mingi, and his parents all took his mental health seriously. Proud of them. You know it had to be so hard to be away from his team and the very thing he loves so dearly- music. I'm glad he didn't come back too early. He needed that time evidently.

I think that people are more intune to their mental health these days. I took off October and November of 2023 due to my mental health. It was the best thing ever and now I realize my triggers. I cannot avoid these triggers but I know how to deal with them a healthy way. One way is to watch our guys acting a fool and having fun. So y'all, find your trigger. You'll have to dig deep because it's not wants on the surface. If you need help, let me know.

As someone who also has anxiety, I had to skip the part were you talked about how you felt you can’t breathe. That’s exactly what happens to me. Hearing someone else saying they feel the same way felt too real😭 glad you know how to take care of yourself now💕

They did this "performance" while Yunho & Jongho were filming the Kdrama Imitation and during Kingdom and filming their MV Dreamers including comebacks they never want to rest 😂

you also missed "season songs" which is a mini album that comes before zero fever part 3 with a track on it called Be My Lover, it has an MV you should check out. and the Dreamers mini album which also has an MV. both of these are listed as singles, but they have a few fracks on them. I think you would like them. you could probably put the albums together and just make one longer video for both.

It’s honestly so commendable how serious Mingi and KQ took his mental health! He was missing from activities for about 8 months, but was still in the songs. He was on the album musically but was missing from the MV’s and all group activities. You can tell in content how much the members missed him, but it’s so clear that when he came back he felt so much healthier! You can really tell a difference in him which is amazing to see. I suffer from anxiety as well and I can’t even imagine how hard it was for him to be dealing with that on top of being an idol.

I agree that it's commendable that KQ a gave Mingi the time he needed and the fellaz supported him. He was gone like 8 months BUT was never missing from the music. Just activities like this, Kingdom and Immortal songs, just to name a few. Also, I feel you on the anxiety. I have literally felt like I was going to jump out of my skin and it freaked me out. Therapy helped and now I make sure to protect my peace and check in with myself. Take care of you Nigel.
