giant wasn’t that promoted because it’s a japanese album, they’re promoted differently and rn they’re busy on tour too. I love both ate and giant, for me can’t say giant is higher cuz I’m completely in love with jjam, it’s one of my favorites from all of their discography tbh

They don’t push or build up on their Japanese albums. I was surprised so many people checked it out. I love ATE but you always like the opposite of what I like. haha. This is a good album too.

Saiyan is great..when i heard only like snippets from all the songs that were released, I immediately tagged Saiyan as my fav coz that hook "I'm a Saiyan, legendary saiyan"..that is so catchy and it stays in your head and the music beats are so pop culture, like not kpop-but very westernized I feel that appeals to a worldwide group of people and even non-stays or non-kpop listeners will find that really good to listen to..

They are using the Greek mythology that the giant were being used by the gods but some could not handle the power ,because they we’re selfish the giant were stronger than god because they were first . the golden egg is from Jack and the beanstalk where Jack stole gold and a hen that lays golden egg from the giants and the moral of the story is you can’t be lazy to gain power or recognition. I think they are saying they got all they have and the titles they earned because they put the work in like no one else that’s why they are where they are today.

YES NIGEL I AGREE MORE FELIX LINES WE LOVE TO SEE IT!!!!! The man shows SO MUCH versatility in one song alone! He is my ult bias and I like to think I know his voice pretty well (even his singing that no one hardly ever recognizes or acknowledges as even being him) but even I had to question for a sec in the beginning of love is painful! 😅 And I also just love that he is getting more lines, especially in different languages!! I love absolutely anything he does but I’ve been thinking forever that, in my opinion, I wished he would have more than the mostly English parts I feel like he tends to have. I understand it in the early days when he was still learning Korean, but the man can do so much and I just know he’d eat up a fast nasty rap!! I feel like we finally got it in this album! The man IS part of the rap line after all! I just love this album I’m obsessed with every song, but I’m honestly not surprised I’m pretty much obsessed with every Stray Kids song and just about everything they do. They could pretty much do no wrong with music in my eyes 🤣🩵

You clearly prefer the ballad-style albums because you’re a ballad man. Ate is more experimental and those are just not for everyone. Luckily they make every genre of music ever, so it’s nothing to stress over. I love every album because each one is so creative and unique.

Their Japanese releases are always on 10 🔥. And I lowkey agree, GIANT was better than ATE to me, not to downplay ATE! Saiyan is the perfect song. I love the double pre chorus and the chorus. It’s crazy that Skz is dropping another album next month. 😭😭

They are such good writers! I love this album especially the Japanese song😭right in my heart. And Nigel I gotta respectfully disagree-- Christmas Evel is still that gworl😂...and I think bcuz ATE is not a singing/ballad type of album, I can see why some would like this more. I like both albums, ATE a little more. I'm a "hip-hop-pop" girly but Giant album is a masterpiece like all the others.

Japanese albums don’t get the promotions that Korean albums usually do, and if they do it’s only available in Japan. So that’s probably why you didn’t see or hear much about Giant!

See, as I'm not a fan of Christmas songs in general the less that it sounds like a Christmas song I think the more I like it. So Christmas evel is my favorite Christmas song ever. This one isn't bad at all. I actually really love Christmas love. And this is a Christmas song that I would listen to because it's stray kids. Any other song I'm not turning it on. But I do prefer this over 24 to 25. And I think it's slightly behind winter falls for me. So my Christmas songs in order are Christmas evel, Winter falls, Christmas Love, 24 to 25. Stop playing before you choke on your Gatorade. No, that's completely fair. Nigel, their Japanese releasees truly are amazing. So what would you rate this album Nigel?
