If we’re talking about Wooyoung’s covers and performances, I would really recommend his dance performance to “logic - 1-800-237-8255”. It’s so emotional, he chose that song specifically for people who are having hard times to give them like a safe place by his dancing. There’s also a small documentary “fill in the next blank” about him where he really opens up about his past and his feeling, how he was feeling lonely in his childhood and a lot other stuff. So in that performance video you can also kinda read his story through his dance

whenever you get to golden hour part 1 ( I know this is gonna take a long minute to get there) I hope you watch their recording behind to see a little of the process they go through when recording the album! thankfully wooyoung has been shining much much more than the older albums which you'll notice more in the fever and world series. so so excited for you to still go through all of the fun of ateez!!! now you have seonghwa left for the solo clips <3

i disagree; although yeosang and wooyoung may have different ranges, they've proved time and time again that they are capable just as san, jongho, yunho, and seonghwa. it doesn't make sense to not have them have the same opportunities as others to shine.

yeosang is more than capable of singing outside of his deeper range and has showcased that many times, him and wooyoung both are vocalists, not background singers, there's no need to pigeonhole either of them to the background of the songs. The process is flawed, and the times where songs were specifically written with their vocal tones in mind so they didn't have to fight for parts (ie. the whole outlaw album), they got to shine brilliantly.

I’ve noticed songs where Wooyoung gets the chance to shine are usually my favorites, like ‘Mist’ and ‘Selfish Waltz’. He has the smoothest honey-like vocals. 🙂‍↕️

Line distribution isn't up to hongjoong, it's up to Eden – the head producer at KQ. There's indeed a lot of talent in ATEEZ, but Eden's process of selection is flawed and it's the reason why we so often end up with so little yeosang and wooyoung: essentially, all the vocal members, except jongho, sing the whole song from start to finish in the studio, and Eden chooses who gets what part based on who did the part best. It's a competition system where they're all fighting for their parts (amicably of course, there's no animosity between the members). They say it works for them, which great, but it results in us not getting as much of certain members as others.

And yes, we all agree that wooyoung always gets the least lines, but he’s normally always in the front center for dance breaks/killing parts! So he definitely always gets his time to shine, it’s just not as obvious in line distribution and in the songs because you have to watch the performances to see it.
