The most favorable outcome already demanded a very extreme sacrifice… what if there were uncertainties…
The reality of her situation could not be real enough.
The least that she could pray for is to obtain the blessing of eternal life and immortal body, she might have obtained these and not lose her heart and mind, but it came with the cost of the physical form that she was familiar with.
She was left with a body that barely resembles a human but could not be considered a dragon either. Her eyes and ears have been completely altered, arms and legs that can no longer function the same as human limbs. A short tail, dragon horn, and spikes along her spine have started to grow, as if she was an infant dragon…
Alone with an unfamiliar body, the girl is left to wait and wander the ancient land as a strange being.
