Behind the scenes May - How to make best use of breaks!
🕑 Added 2022-05-23 14:00:01 +0000 UTCHi hi clouds! Today I wana talk about some of the ways I make the most of my breaks!
We all need a break sometimes and it's important to give yourself time to rest!
1. Make a rough plan!
Make a little note or small plan of how you want to spend your break and stick to it!
2. Tell others you're having a break!
It's important to let those know who might be affected by your break that you're having some time off!
3. Do your favourite things!
4. See your favourite people!
5. Eat your favourite things!
6. Be kind to yourself always
7. Get out of the house on a trip away or even just a walk for some fresh air!
8. RELAX!
I find by doing all those above I tend to get the most out of my breaks and come back feeling refreshed!
What are some of the things you do to get the most out of your breaks?

What are breaks? Like, a three day weekend for a holiday?
Oooh reading! very very fun! Thanks for commenting <3
I love reading, but when I read, I like to read for a long time. It's hard for me to only read a few pages for a few minutes. Sometimes I like to set time for breaks aside to get a lot of reading done during my time. It makes the time go by very quickly but it's very fun!
