My intestines are also twisted. In utero, I had gastroschisis (part of the GI tract has breached the abdominal wall) and I had surgery immediately after birth. When I was like 8 I had to get a barium test done and they noticed my intestines were rotated. I don’t get bowel obstructions but I get bloated more often than normal people. I have been instructed on ways to prevent obstruction and I adore my bidet. I did do a gastric emptying study about a year ago just to double check that the intestinal stuff didn’t also back up to my stomach and make that empty slowly. I also form keloids (excess scar tissue) and they were holding my intestines up which also added to my bloating. Got that fixed at 22 during an exploratory surgery in my abdominopelvic region. Never heard of another person with it but I’ve heard it just sort of happens

Tim Tams slams are also excellent cold with milk or cold brew. I was taught by Australians to drink it with hot coffee too. TimTam Slams all year long baby!!

Matt! Thin Optics! They are the best. I didn't want to wear my glasses when I married my niece and her husband so I got these. They sit on right on your nose and fold up into small dog tag type holder. You can wear it around your neck and pop them right out.
