So I use an galaxy s9+ and i also have an apple ipad. I actually have both set up pretty similarly, i use folders on my home screen to organize my apps. i have 8 folders on my home screen, which has a grand total of 70 apps. plus the 5 at the bottom of the screen lol. my ipad has a ton less, but mainly because i use it for work.
