I have a sudden, but important announcement to make.
Up until now, my fanbox/patreon has been providing 1 character card per week at least 4 cards per month.
However, due to my decline in health and other personal circumstances, it is no longer possible for me to maintain the Fanbox/Patreon the way I have been running it (4 cards a month).
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to existing supporterrs, but I've been thinking a lot about a sustainable system going forward, I will be switching to 2 cards per month and Character Poll and Early Access starting next year.
Also, all of my character cards will be public in the long run.
I've been individually password-protecting all of my character cards to prevent leaks, but it's been a hassle for my supporters and myself. This way will only become harder on each other as the volume of my work increases.
It would be best if it didn't happen leak in the first place, but me, one person can only do so much to prevent leaks, and since this is historically a endless fight of spears and shields, it's essentially unstoppable.
That's why all of my cards made through 2022 will be public released for free in December, and the rest character cards will be public released over time or Early Access.
Here are the details.
■ Introducing the new system
I've been thinking this system to evenly benefit our supporters, but since this is a early-draft, there may be lack.
Please feel free to ask questions/suggestions in the comments during the 1 month.
1. Early Access & Character Poll
- 2 cards per month, "My(Apuri) Choice" and "Character Poll" Characters
- Expected to be released on the 5th and 20th of each month, with an early access period of 1 month (e.g. if cards released in the fanbox on the 5th will be released for public released on the 5th of the next month)
- "My Choice" characters roster will be a mix of all-new characters and updates to existing cards
- First Character Poll will begin in some of December
- Character Poll will take place once a month, Character roster suggestion on the 1st-15th of the month, voting open from the 16th until one day before the end of the month, and results announced on the last day. (e.g. if the end of month is the 31st, vote from the 16th-30th, and announce the results on the 31st) and The winning character card will be uploaded on the 20th of the next month.
- I'll be announcing more information about the December Character Poll soon.
2. Plan/Membership
- Change to from December.
500 yen / $5 = 1 vote + Early Access
1000 yen / $10 = 1 vote + Early Access + Character Poll Suggestions
- If you upgrade Plan/Membership tier during the voting period, your character suggestion opportunities will be carried over to the next month Character Poll (just once).
- Furry/Loli/Gore, and etc Characters that are beyond my skill to make, may be suggestion rejected. If this happens, please suggest a different character.
- Not character cards, My MOD will be public released for free immediately without early access.
3. Regarding 2nd distribution
- editing/distribution is OK for cards that have been public released.
- If leaked during the Early Access period, the character will not be updated for 1 year. Just wait a month and it'll be free, so don't leak it. Please.
4. Regarding old existing cards
- Character cards made through 2022 will be released for free in December.
- Character cards made up for January~April / May~August / September~December 2023 will be released sequentially in January, February and March 2024.
- Existing characters will continue to be available for download through Fanbox/Patreon support until they become the Early Access roster or released for free.
- At some point, Gumroad will become a dedicated page for commissions and MODs.
5. About long time supporters rewards
Once again, sorry for existing long time supporters.
And very grateful for your long-time support under the old system.
- Based on cumulative number of months, regardless of amount. (At January next year)
Cumulative support for 6 months or more: Android 18 card
Cumulative support for 12 months or more: Android 18 card + Nami (2years later) card(2nd update)

2 years ago, I lost my job due to the Covid-19 pandemic and I needed to support my family, so I started Fanbox/Patreon, and over the course of 2 year, my supporters have really helped me.

突然ですが、重要なお知らせがありましたのでお知らせします。
今まで私のFANBOX/PATREONは1週間に1枚のキャラカードで月に最低4枚のカードを提供してきました。
しかし、しかし最近私の健康が悪くなり、その他個人的な事情により、これまでのFANBOX/PATREONの運営方法(月4枚)を維持することができなくなりました。
既存の支援者の方々にはご迷惑をおかけして本当に申し訳ありませんが、今後持続可能なシステムを深く考えた結果、来年からは月に2枚のカード、そしてキャラクター投票とアーリーアクセス(Early Access)にシステムを変更する予定です。
また、私のキャラカードは長期的には全て無料になる予定です。
流出を防ぐためにすべてのキャラクターカードに個別にパスワードをかけてきましたが、結果的には支援者の方々と私自身に煩わしさを提供しました。
この方式は私の作業物の量が増えるほどお互いに大変でしょう。
そもそも流出しないことが一番いいのですが、どんな手を使っても流出防止は1人では結局限界があり、これは歴史的に終わりのない槍と盾の戦いなので根本的には防げないのが現実です。
そのため、2022年までに制作した私のカードは12月に全て無料で公開され、残りのカードも時間が経てば無料で公開される予定です。
以下、詳細です。
■ 変更されたシステムの紹介
支援者の方々に均等な特典が与えられるように考えたシステムですが、草案なので足りない部分があるかもしれませんので1ヶ月間、自由にコメントで質問/提案してください。
1.アーリーアクセス&キャラ投票
- 「私(APURI)の好み」キャラクター/「投票」キャラクターの2種類で、月に2枚のカードが提供されます
- 毎月5日、20日公開予定で、アーリーアクセス期間は1ヶ月((例：5日にFANBOXに公開されたカードは来月5日に無料で公開されます)
- 「私の好み」キャラクターは、完全新規キャラクターと既存カードのアップデートが混ざっている予定です
- 初投票は12月から始まる予定です
- キャラクター投票は月に一度実施、毎月1~15日はキャラクター候補の提案を受け、16日~末日の前日まで投票を行います。 末日に結果を発表し、優勝したキャラクターは来月20日にアップロードされます。(例：月末が31日の場合、16日～30日に投票、31日に結果発表)
- 12月のキャラクター投票の詳細情報は近日中にお知らせします。
2. プラン/メンバーシップ
- 12月から適用予定
500円/$5=投票1回+アーリーアクセス
1000円/$10=投票1回 + アーリーアクセス + 投票キャラクター提案
投票期間中にプラン/メンバーシップティアをアップグレードする場合、キャラクター提案の機会は来月キャラクター投票に繰り越されます(ただし、1回限定)
ケモノ/ロリ/R18Gなど自分の実力で作れないキャラクターは、提案をお断りする場合がございます。 その場合、別のキャラクターを提案してください。
- キャラクターカードではなく、MODはアーリーアクセスなしで直ちに無料で公開されます。
3.キャラ2次配布について
- 無料公開されたカードはキャラ編集・配布OK。
- アーリーアクセス期間中に流出した場合、そのキャラクターは今後1年間アップデートなし。一ヶ月待てば無料なので流出しないでください。 お願いします。
4. 既存カードの取り扱いについて
- 2022年までに作られたキャラクターカードは12月に無料公開されます。
- 2023年1月～4月 / 5月～8月 / 9月～12月までのキャラクターカードは、2024年1月、2月、3月に順次無料公開されます。
- 既存キャラクターがアップデートされてアーリーアクセスになったり、無料公開されるまでは、従来通りFANBOX/PATREONの後援でダウンロード可能ます。
- GUMROADは長期的にコミッションとMODのためのものになります。
5. 累積支援者補償について
改めて既存の支援者の皆様には申し訳ございません。
これまで既存のシステムで長い間ご支援をいただき、誠にありがとうございました。
- 来年1月基準であり、金額に関係なく累積月数基準。
累積支援6ヶ月以上のご支援者：人造人間18号
累積支援12ヶ月以上ご支援者：人造人間18号+2年後ナミ(2ndアップデート)
