🕑 Added 2025-04-16 13:20:11 +0000 UTCThis will be a bit of a longer post from me, as I explain the recent absence and lack of posting and engagement on my part. I'll try not to overwhelm you with unnecessary walls of text, so I'll be as brief as possible.
Needless to say, it has been a rough couple of weeks for me and my family as we try to navigate the situation at hand.
You see, my mother has always dealt with a lot of health problems throughout her life, whether it would be the various autoimmune conditions causing her issues or the chronic elevated blood pressure constantly disrupting her well-being. Despite all of this, she has always made daily efforts to try and maintain her health by staying active. Long walks with her dogs and occasional yoga/Pilates sessions were her go-to exercises of choice. She's also quite active throughout the day, as she is a high school teacher. She will continue to be active for a few more months, as she is in her final year of teaching and will be retiring from her position in the coming months. Overall, her health seemed to be as good as it could be, considering all the circumstances. But things aren't always as they appear on the surface.
Unfortunately, those underlying health issues started to take their toll, as things took a turn for the worse when she was diagnosed with leukemia (blood cancer). I'm sure you're all aware of the potential severity and outcome of this condition, so I won't go into further details here.
The news of the diagnosis deeply affected me. It felt like a dagger stabbing me in the chest as memories surfaced of a close family friend who sadly lost their battle with the same disease. Unfortunately, both my grandmother and grandfather on my mother's side also met the same fate, albeit from different forms of cancer.
In light of all of this, I've decided that moving to a new apartment so I could be closer to my parents is the best path forward if I want to interact more with my mother and take care of her as much as I can these next few years. It has been a tedious process moving all my equipment, gear, and furniture to a new place and setting everything up, but I think I can finally continue producing beautiful renders and animations for the story you all love.
As you can imagine, this whole situation has been extremely mentally and emotionally draining for me. So much so that I've neglected the very thing that gives me so much joy and inspiration on a daily basis—developing Lustful Voyage.
I am deeply grateful to my supporters and subscribers. I am sorry if you felt I have wronged you in any way. It was never my intention to neglect you. I should have posted something about my situation earlier.
That is why I have decided to pause all the billing on your memberships for at least a month and possibly even further. I will assess my progress and adjust accordingly as I get closer to the update's release. You will, of course, retain all of your subscription benefits during this process. I have invested most of my income in improving my setup/hardware to be one of the best in this industry, and I want you to know that I am standing on business.
I haven't forgotten that I still owe you the fourth NTR sneak peek. Because of all the circumstances, I still need a bit more time before I can release it. I'm not going to put any timestamp on it, because we all know how that panned out last time. But I think you'll thoroughly enjoy Melissa and Savannah's NTR preview and the mystery man's reveal once it's out.
Let me just end by saying this: I'm not going anywhere. Whatever happens with my family's situation will not derail my long-term plans, and I believe we can overcome this together. I am committed to the development of Lustful Voyage and the creation of whatever comes after.
