Yes but no. Yes, it can be used ; you won't be getting an error. But no, it won't include any of the changes, which for the Beta is mostly spellchecking. So if you didn't play the Alpha, you can use the mod on the Beta if you want the in-game guide.

Also the icons/rel/pay.png is missing, as well as the image glass_+ was not found
