From the Archives: Merchant Concept Art

This was the initial sketch for making a character profile for voice recording, to see if the vibe is right. The artist is Ikuse.
After checks, it's proceeded into line art.
And finally, a clean concept art used for voice recording! Look at our handsome fella! These character concept arts are specifically made for the character profiles, and will help the voice actor visualize the character and put out their best performance.
Additionally, here's the original concept sketch for Merchant's hyper, Zealous Salesman. These don't often exist for card arts made by Orange Juice directly, but this time Junpyon asked for suggestions on the card art. The art is by PhleBuster.
And, a similar concept sketch for Freight. You can appreciate how these modest ideas were interpreted into such high quality artworks by Junpyon in the final release!
