Massive Muscle Patient - Chapter 1
🕑 Added 2022-04-22 21:00:00 +0000 UTCIt was another slow day for my practice. I was a relationship therapist, and for whatever reason, business had been slow lately. Maybe everyone was having awesome marriages all of a sudden? For whatever reason, I was in a slump. I didn’t have much staff, considering the size of my practice. It was just me and Shelly, who manned the front desk.
She was young and thin, probably in her 20’s, as was I. I had run out of things to tell her to do when there weren’t patients around, so we agreed that she could browse the internet and what have you, just no phone. We had to try to maintain an appearance of professionalism at all times.
It was a Friday, so I wasn’t exactly expecting to set the world on fire, but this morning we did have an emergency appointment booked. Fridays were generally slow, so I would usually end early, but we were now awaiting a couple at 2. It was 1:45 when Shelly knocked on my door, nearly rousing me from a nap.
“Come in,” I said.
She opened the door. “Dr. Gander, your 2 O’clock is here to see you sir,” she said, with an odd expression on her face. It was an almost pained look mixed with nervousness, like she had seen a ghost.
“What’s the matter, Shelly?” I asked.
She entered the room, closing the door behind her. She began whispering. “The girl, woman, whatever she is out there, she’s a freak.”
“What do you mean?”
“She’s, I mean, HUGE! Like one of those roided up bodybuilders, but like…” She used her hands to show how tall she was which if she wasn’t exaggerating, had to be almost 7 feet. It was taller than she could reach without jumping. She then also made her hands go wide, showing just how broad the lady was. “Like, huge. I don’t know how to explain it. It’s the craziest thing I’ve ever seen.”
“It couldn’t be that bad,” I said. “If they’re ready to come in, bring ‘em on in please.”
She nodded and left the room. After a quick moment, with some muffled speaking going on, the door opened again and Shelly re entered. “Right this way,” she said, stepping to the side of the door and holding it open. First entered a man, probably 5’10 or so, average height, average build. He was wearing a business suit with short dark hair. What entered next almost made my knees buckle.
A woman entered, but it was, as Shelly described it, one massive woman. She had to be around 7 feet tall, with muscles bulging in every place a human can have muscles, and also in some places I didn’t know existed. She had tanned skin, brown hair in a ponytail behind her, and big green eyes. What made it even wilder was what she was wearing. It was in stark contrast to the businessman before her. She had on very short jean shorts. With a bit of her massive, muscled ass showing. Her top was even worse. She was wearing a barely there pink piece of fabric tied together in the front, barely containing what had to be the biggest pair of breasts I had ever seen. All of her abs were clearly visible and exposed to the world, where were impressive bulging in their own right. She looked like a prototypical bimbo, jacked up on godless amounts of steroids. I had never seen anything like it. Standing next to Shelly, she looked like she could pick her up and throw her like a javelin out the window.
I was only 5’4, which is obviously really short for a guy, and thin as a rail as well. I shook the man’s hand then hers, which dwarfed mine. Her shake was so strong I thought she was going to rip my hand off.
“I’m Dr. Gander, pleased to meet you guys,” I tried to say without stuttering.
“Pleased to meet you, doctor,” the woman said in a breathy but husky voice. Most women didn’t have deep voices like hers, but she still managed to sound very feminine through it all. She gave off an air of sex appeal, despite being jacked to the gills. The man next to her didn’t seem phased by it at all.
“Have a seat,” I said, motioning to the couch. “Thank you, Shelly,” I said, allowing her to leave the room. I took my seat next to them on my chair. She remained standing, towering over us with her powerful physique, bulging with muscles, yet somehow didn’t seem intimidating. In fact, in a lot of respects, she seemed very weak. Pathetic, even. The man sat down, then after a moment, patted the seat next to him, and she took her seat, shifting the weight of the couch significantly towards her. The man gave her a rude look, and she made a sorry face, biting her lip, and turned back to face me.
“So, Josh and Becky, it’s nice to meet you, how’s your day going?”
“It’s going well,” the man in the suit said. Becky remained silent. She sat upright with her back straight, her breasts popping out forward. She was like a statue, or an obedient dog. I had really never seen anything quite like it.
“So… um… what can I help you with today?” I asked.
He leaned forward. “Honestly, nothing. We are here on a court order. The neighbors said they heard a noise coming from our apartment, said it sounded like violence. The judge sentenced us to a bunch of hours of couples counseling. We are both happy with each other, no issues or anything, but… here we are.” He pulled back and rested his back against the couch cushions, a big smile on his face.
“Interesting,” I said. “So, question for you, why did the neighbors say they heard something? Was it a mistake? Was it like, a movie you were playing loudly?”
“Oh no, it was definitely us. That’s just how we are, if you catch my drift. We express ourselves, very loudly, you know?”
“Can you elaborate please?” I asked, writing this down.
“Well, I mean sexually, I like it rough, she likes it rough, sometimes it gets a little crazy, but we’re happy. They just weren’t used to people fucking that way.”
“Becky, do you agree?” I asked, ignoring the crass verbiage Josh was using.
She looked at Josh, who nodded, then looked back at me. “Y-Yes sir. H-He likes to dominate me physically when we have sex, and I like it rough, just like he said. Sometimes I get too loud, it’s all my fault.”
“See?” he said.
I didn’t like where this was going. I had a million questions, some of which were inappropriate for a therapist’s office. But how was he dominating her physically? She looked like she could rip him open like a Christmas present with her bare hands. I would be terrified to do anything physical with this woman, let along have sex with her. I was trying to picture just how this might work, but I couldn’t see it. I had to get to the bottom of this, and it was clear Josh would only get in the way of my process.
“Okay,” I said, clapping my hands together. “We’re going to try some one on one work here. I’m going to start with Becky, okay Josh?”
“Be my guest,” he said in a cocky tone of voice. “Want me to wait in the lobby?”
“Yes please,” I said.
“Sweet, gonna chat up that girl behind the desk,” he said. What did he mean by that? And right in front of his girlfriend here? As he left the room, Becky’s eyes never left him, as if she was the focal point of her universe.
“Becky, this is a safe space, you know that don’t you?” I asked. She nodded, now taking her eyes off the door and back to me. “I have a lot of questions about your situation, but before any of that, how are you feeling? Are you okay?”
“I- umm… I think so yeah,” she said. How was a girl this physically imposing also this shy?
“Well, you seem nervous is all,” I said. “Now, I have to ask, does he hurt you?”
She looked at the door nervously, then back at me. “N-No, I mean yes but, no, yes and no, I guess.”
Well that was a puzzler of an answer. “Is that a yes, or a no?” I asked sternly, leaning forward. I beckoned her to lean forward as well. We were now whispering. I couldn’t help but sneak a peak of her massive tanned breasts, each one as big as my head. They were so exposed with her bent forward I swore I could make out a nipple, but I resisted the urge and tried to maintain eye contact with this huge woman.
“He hurts me,” she said. “But I want him to. It’s how I like it.”
“Can you explain that, please?” I asked, legitimately intrigued.
“Well, I guess I’m a big, fat slut. That’s how he puts it.”
“Please don’t degrade yourself when you’re with me,” I said. “You shouldn’t be called that and should refer to yourself as-”
“But I am. I love being a slut. I like getting fucked, and fucked hard. And it’s very hard to fuck a girl like me hard. I’m too big for most men, Josh included. So it tends to get a little rough, that’s all really.”
I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I had to go off script for a minute. “Becky, to be frank, you are a big girl, muscular big, I mean. Doesn’t it feel strange to be physically abused by someone so much… smaller than you?”
“Oh honey, the smaller the better,” she said in her husky voice. “Since I’m so big and strong, I can pick him up and do whatever it is he wants me to do to him. If he wants me to suck his cock, I just lift him over my head and do it. I just take his little peepee into my big lips and suck him dry. Oh no, please don’t let him know I called his peepee little. He would be so mad at me, I just don’t know what would happen to me.” Her breasts bobbed up and down as she said that last part.
“Don’t worry, this is all just between you and me, okay?”
“Oh Honey,” she said in her sultry voice. She leaned forward, putting her puffy lips close to my ear, her breath tickling my brain. With one finger, she held my chin firmly in place. “I’m gonna ask Josh if I can give you a personal demonstration.”
“Oh, th-that won’t be necessary,” I said.
She stood up tall, her hands on her hips. My face was eye level with just below her crotch. Her legs like pillars standing before me. A power pose like this made me feel like my life was in danger. “What’s a matter, Honey? You don’t want a big, strong muscle woman to suck your little peepee? I’ll do a good job, I promise! I’ll even use my tongue while it’s in there-”
“Stop!” I said. I had an erection, and I tried to cover it with my notebook, but I could tell she saw it and liked what she saw. “I think that’s enough for today, please see Shelly on the way out,” I said, clearly flustered.
“It’s so hot when you take charge like that,” she said. “I’ll see you next week…” she paused, and looked down at my notebook. “And your little man.” She winked at me, opened the door, and walked out. It took me a minute to collect myself, and to consider if I could even keep taking them on as clients.
