Massive Muscle Patient Chapter 2
🕑 Added 2022-05-20 18:00:05 +0000 UTCIt was the next Tuesday when I received this text message at 2 in the morning. I usually don’t wake up from messages at this hour, but lately my sleep was off.
UNKNOWN NUMBER: Hello doctor, this is becky. I just wanted to confirm an appointment for friday
ME: That’s fine, please arrange it with Shelly in the morning.
BECKY: okay honey. Im just getting so horny thinking about putting your baby cock between my big fat tits and squeezing the cum out of him. Would you like that?
She sent me a picture right after that, which was her lying in bed, but the camera was focused on her massive chest. She was wearing a bra and nothing else, save for a collar around her neck. Her breasts were immense and I couldn’t help staring at them for a moment, but I snapped out quickly.
ME: Please keep communications with me professional.
Even though I was as professional as I could be with Becky over text messages, I didn’t delete that picture from my phone. In fact, that very night, I couldn’t sleep and I pulled it out and jerked off to it. I had never seen a body like that before, so big and muscular. Breasts that size were incredible to look at, and she put them on display for me, begging me to want them and suck on them. I felt deep shame in what I did, not just because I considered myself a professional, but also because Becky was clearly in a vulnerable situation. She was clearly the victim, but I was still taking advantage.
When Friday arrived, I got myself in the right headspace. Be professional. She needs your help. Business was still slow, so I needed to make sure I got this client the best care she could get, oh Josh too.
Shelly knocked on my door and walked. “They’re back, doctor.” I nodded, and she led them in. First came Josh, then Becky behind him. She towered over everyone, and was wearing the exact same outfit as before. It was impossible not to stare at her, Shelly was looking too. There was no other way around it; Becky was a freak of nature. A sex goddess.
“Thank you, Shelly,” I said, and she left the room. I looked back at the couple. “Take a seat, guys.” I pointed to the couch. They sat down, Josh first, the same way they sat last time. I sat in my chair. “So… how are we doing today?”
“My pussy itches-” Becky said, but Josh cut her off.
“Quiet you slut!”
“Hey guys,” I said sternly. “Can we keep it under control please?”
“I’m trying to keep HER under control!” Josh fumed. “This bitch was sending you pics of her tits, I caught her and she admitted it. As punishment, I told her she couldn’t wash her pussy anymore, since I ain’t sticking anything in it.” He looked over and up at her, since he was eye level with her massive chest. “Get up and give him a whiff.”
Becky rose to a stand and casually approached me. “There’s no need to…” I started to say, but her intimidating form made me lose my focus. Her tree trunk like legs, were now directly in front of me, and her crotch just above eye level, barely contained in her tiny jean shorts. I could faintly smell a fishy odor as she stood just inches from my face. Then she grabbed me by the back of my head and pulled my head into her crotch. I turned so my face didn’t ram into it, but I was nowhere near strong enough to do much else. The smell was now seeping into my nostrils, and it was bad.
“Can you smell my big dirty pussy?” she asked me in her sultry voice. I tried looking up at her, but Her giant tits were blocking her face.
“N-No…” I said, still trying in vain to break free. She was ungodly strong.
“Why don’t you unzip your jeans, slut,” demanded Josh.
She did as she was told, and with her free hand unzipped her jeans, with some of her pubic hair now poking out. It lightly brushed against my face. The fish odor was now overwhelming, and I was having a hard time choosing to not breathe or inhale the terrible scent. This was pure torture.
“Do you smell it now, Honey?” she asked. Her tone of voice made it sound like she was proud of how disgusting she smelled. My hands were now pressing on her muscular thigh trying to break free.
“YES! YES it smells AWFUL!” I said.
“Do you want to fuck my big smelly pussy?” she asked. “We could fuck on your chair, we could fuck on the couch, we could fuck on your desk…”
“Your whole room gonna smell like dead fish!” chimed in Josh.
“No!” I shouted. “Sit down, please!” I was ashamed of how turned on I was. Even though her pussy smelled horrible, her being so dirty was getting me hard. I needed to regain composure, and control of this meeting.
She let me go and sat back down on the couch next to Josh. “Can you fuck me later please?” she begged Josh. “My pussy’s so wet right now and I need a cock in it.”
“You can suck my dick, that’s all I’m giving you til you stop being such a whore,” he said in no uncertain terms. “And you’re putting the collar back on too, you shouldn’t be so horny all the time it’s pathetic.”
“I need to ask… can you tell me about this collar?”
“When this bitch starts acting up,” Josh said, digging in his pocket. He pulled out a collar and showed it to me, which I instantly recognized as the collar Becky was wearing in the picture she sent me. “I put this on her and I ride her. Like a kid rides a big dog. I ride her around the apartment and whip her fat ass.”
“One, I’ve told you please be more respectful, and two, Becky, do you like this kind of abusive behavior?”
“I love whatever my master tells me to do. If he tells me to act like a dog, I’ll do it. I even eat out of a dog bowl. I’m a good little slut, aren’t I master?” she asked.
“Sometimes,” he said.
“Okay, I just want to say that this is not healthy,” I cut in sternly. “Josh, I need you to say something kind about Becky, please.”
“I mean she has huge tits, that’s good. About all she’s good for. Unfortunately it comes with her being such a fat ass.”
“And that’s why I work out, to keep trying to gain muscle. The more muscle I gain, the less fat I have. But yeah, I’m still a fat ass,” she said. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. This woman had chiseled abs, she was the opposite of fat.
“Becky, you are NOT fat, I want you to know that,” I said.
“That is so sweet of you Honey, and Master thank you for saying you like my fat tits. That is very kind of you.” She squeezed her tits together with her arms, creating an enormous amount of cleavage. “He’s always playing with my boobies.”
“Yeah don’t get ahead of yourself,” said Josh. “I’m thinking of asking out that receptionist out there. She’s got no tits but she isn’t a cow so she’s got that going for her.”
“Please don’t-” I tried to say, but I got cut off.
“Is it because she has a tighter pussy than I do?” Becky asked. “Would her tight pussy feel better on your cock than my big, fat, wet cunt?”
“Probably,” Josh said, standing up. “Let’s give it a shot.” He opened the door and left the room. I stood up to chase after him, but as soon I tried to move, Becky stood in my way.
“Did you jerk off to my picture?” she asked.
“What?”
“The picture of me in a bra i sent you the other night. Did you look at it while you played with your little peepee?” She put both hands on my arms. It looked like a huge woman was restraining a child. She stared down at me, and I tried my best to stare up at her, past her massive breasts barely restrained by a pink top.
“I… no… I didn’t…”
“My pussy is soaked right now,” she said to me. She made a soft moan. “Please fuck me. I promise to blow your mind.” The smell of her juices was becoming overwhelming. It was both terrible and incredibly alluring.
“I… I can’t… I…”
She got on the couch and got on all fours. I could hear the legs on the couch squealing. She faced towards me, her breasts hanging down and trying to jump out of her top. “Get under me baby, I want your cum. I want it so bad…”
The door burst open. Josh popped back in.
“You dumb slut, get up!” he yelled, smacking her on the back of the head. I was in such a trance I couldn't react to anything at the time. She jumped off the couch and got to her feet, her tits shaking and threatening to smack her in the face.
“Sorry baby,” she said.
“Such a stupid whore. When we get home I swear to god. There are going to be serious consequences for this,” he said as he marched her out of the room.
