Massive Muscle Patient Chapter 3

ME: Of course, anything you need. Just schedule it with Shelly.
BECKY: thank you! Which top should i wear?
She sent me two pictures. One was her pink top that she wore the last two times, the other was a white T shirt that looked very small and had the word SLUT on the chest area. Thinking about her huge tits in either shirt made me harder than I wanted to admit, but picking one would send the wrong message.
ME: That is irrelevant.
That exchange was at 3 AM on a Sunday. While working on Monday morning, I received this message.
BECKY: All scheduled. See you tomorrow Honey <3
Then she sent me a picture. It was a very close up shot of her vagina, and I could tell it was hers because the legs I could see around it were stacked with muscle. There were very few women that could have anything looking like this, with that pubic hair. She had two fingers on either side and was pushing forward her large, bulging clitoris. Her whole pubic area was shiny from what I could only assume was her own wet juices. It was repulsive and wrong and I couldn’t stop looking at it.
BECKY: Oops, so sorry, that wasn’t meant for you honey
I didn’t respond. I didn’t think it was professional. Honestly, at this point, professionalism may as well be out the door, but I was trying my darndest to keep my head above water. I simply ignored it for now and waited until the next day.
I heard the outside door open and could faintly hear what sounded like a typical and positive interaction. It lasted a bit longer than I thought, as I knew it was Becky and usually Shelly was pretty quick to let people in. After a couple of minutes, the door opened and Becky entered, with Shelly nowhere to be seen.
“Oh… hey Becky,” I said.
She was wearing the SLUT t shirt from the picture, SLUT looked extra large with her insane proportions stretching out the chest region of the shirt. It only covered a little more of her toned belly than the pink top, and she was wearing the same jean shorts as before. As much as I hated to admit, I liked being alone with her more than when Josh was around. Clinically, I thought I could communicate better without his abusive tendencies around. Sexually, I could ogle her easier. That last part was shameful, but I couldn’t help it. A woman with breasts that size and a body that shredded was impossible not to stare at, and without Josh around I felt more comfortable taking more glances. The trick was to do them without her noticing, and even though she seemed like a super pumped up dumb bimbo, she also seemed to have a heightened sense of sexual awareness.
“Hi doctor!” she exclaimed. She rushed over to me, her huge tits bouncing the whole way. I motioned to the couch as I rose to my feet and took a seat closest to my chair. I walked over to the chair with notepad in hand and sat down, now eye level with her giant breasts, each staring at me. I could tell she wasn’t wearing a bra, her big nipples poking through, begging to be sucked. “I knew you’d like this shirt.”
“Like I told you, your wardrobe is not why we’re here-”
“Sorry about that picture I sent you,” she said, looking comically sad and swaying side to side in a guilty sexual manner. “But did it get you hard?”
“Becky, I can’t-”
“He wanted to compare pussies with his new girlfriend, so he told me to send him a picture, and I accidentally-”
“Becky,” I said, trying my best not to lose my patience. “Did you say he has a new girlfriend? Did he leave you?”
“Oh no, we’re still together, he just wanted to have sex with someone else,” she said casually, as if this wasn’t the opposite of progress.
“Becky…” I thought about how to handle this. It was like talking to someone from a different planet. “How does this make you feel, him wanting to have sex with a different partner, when he’s still, I’m assuming, not having sex with you.”
“You’re so smart,” she said. “Yeah he’s still not fucking me. Umm… okay. It makes me feel… turned on, to see him having sex.”
“You’re WATCHING him have sex with someone else?” I asked, shocked.
“Of course! He likes to make me feel like a worthless slut, so he likes fucking other girls in front of me. He lets me have some fun too, I get to eat the cum out of whatever hole he just put his cock in.”
I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. “Becky, I’m really having a hard time comprehending all of this information. Let me get this straight. You’re boyfriend, Josh, is now having sex with another girl, in your apartment, in front of you, and you’re participating by… well we don’t have to finish that, but you’re participating in it?”
She nodded like a cartoon dog.
“And you’re okay with this?”
“I like being a good slut, so if he’s happy, I’m happy. And Shelly is a great partner, her pussy is really amazing. I could lick it all day.”
“Shelly? My Shelly?”
“Yeah, you didn’t know?” she asked, looking bewildered. She pulled out her phone and quickly scrolled through it. “I spent hours between her legs, burying me face in her pussy sucking out Josh’s cum. Look.” She shoved her phone in my face, and it was a video of what was definitely Shelly, completely naken, sitting on top of a huge female bodybuilder, who I had to assume could only be Becky, screaming in pure ecstasy. I didn’t know how I would react to seeing something so immediately shocking and yet erotic, but I wish I wasn’t turned on as much as I was. One thing was for sure, Shelly and I were going to have a long talk after all of this was over. “If you want to wait for it, she pees on my face and Josh tells me to drink as much of it as I can, it’s pretty hot.”
“Becky, put that away please,” I said turning my face in disgust. “Please, can we slow things down a little?”
“Of course Honey,” she said, putting her phone back in her purse.
“Now, why was it that you asked for this session?”
“Oh right,” she said, in an air headed manner. “Well, obviously Josh is getting fucked, and I think that’s great and all, but how do I get him to fuck me? The only things he likes to do with me it seems is have me carry him around the house, suck his cock, and choke me, beat me, what have you, which is great, but my pussy has been just dripping wet and I need a cock in me or I’m just gonna explode.”
“Okay, I really need you to work on your language,” i said. “Aside from that, we need to dig deep and figure out why you’ve transferred all of your self worth to Josh. I think that’s where we need to start.”
“You lost me at dig deep,” she said.
I ignored what I assumed was a joke. “When did you start dating Josh?”
“About two years ago, I think?” she thought aloud. I had just gotten out of a bad relationship, and he and I met at a bar and hit it off.
“And was it always like this? Did you guys regularly have sex?”
“At first, we had sex, but rarely. It would only be on very special occasions, and it would be very quick. He would cum really fast, and he had to be on top. He said being on bottom was too scary since I’m so big, you know? He said he was afraid I would crush him. I told him I could control myself, but he said I was too stupid and he would end up getting hurt.”
“So I’m guessing you haven’t had sex in a while then, am I right?”
She nodded. “God I’m so horny, I need to get fucked so bad. I swear I would never hurt him. I can be a good slut.”
“So all this time, you’ve been giving him orgasms, and he has been neglecting you?”
“Oh I wouldn’t say neglecting. He gives me and my tits plenty of attention, just not in one particular way that’s making me a little crazy,” she said. “But maybe he’s right. Maybe I am just a fat cow. Who would want to fuck someone like me?”
“I’m going to say this, coming from a place of professionalism, okay? You are NOT an unattractive woman. You have many qualities that both a superficial man and a passionate man would find… alluring.”
“Oh doctor!” she said before reaching for my head with one hand and pulling me into her chest. My face was now engulfed in her shirt fabric, her giant but firm breasts threatening to swallow me. My hand gripped her hard bicep, but my feeble fingers were no match for her rippling muscles. She had me trapped. “It’s been so long since someone, anyone has said something nice to me!” I was at an awkward angle, with my knees now on the ground. She had pulled me completely away from my chair. I felt like my back might break if she held me here too long. She pulled me out by my hair and looked me straight in the eyes. “I’m more than just a bimbo with big tits?”
“Yes, but please-”
She shoved me back in, harder than before. I felt my back crack this time. “I’m gonna march straight back in there and say ‘Dammit Josh, you’re gonna fuck my big smelly pussy because I’m worth it!’ and it’s gonna be great!”
I was beginning to pass out. Her tits were so gigantic I was losing oxygen. She stood up, still holding me in place in her breasts, but my back was thankful. My feet now dangled several inches above the ground. Her strength was immeasurable, that she could lift an adult with one hand.
“I’m so excited,” she said. “I really feel like you’ve helped me so much in the short time I’ve been seeing you.” She pulled my head out, and I looked up at her dazed. “You deserve a reward, Sweetie!” With her free hand, she lifted her shirt just enough so her left breast popped out, bouncing for a few seconds before resting on my small face. Her giant nipple was hard and pink and pointing just above my forehead. Her entire breast made my head look small, it was so gigantic. I was mesmerized, though that may have been the lack of oxygen talking. She pulled my face up so my mouth could reach her nipple and she shoved me in. At first I didn’t know what to do I was so shocked, but instinctively I began sucking. It wasn’t like I was going to fight her off of me. She let me suck for a good ten seconds before saying anything. “Does Sweetie like my big titty?” she said in a baby voice.
“Yes,” I said, ashamed and defeated. I went right back to sucking, and used my tongue to swirl around her nipple, which she seemed to enjoy.
“Mmm,” she said. She reached for my cock, which was fully erect during all of this, and gave it a good squeeze. Again, not my finest moment, but I came as soon as she did this, wetting my pants. “Oops,” she whispered. I stopped sucking and rested my head on her giant tit, panting like a tired dog. She placed me back on my chair.
“I’m gonna let you, um… clean up, okay Sweetie?”
I nodded.
“Thank you so much for all of your help, I’ll let you know how it goes… oh and one more thing,” she said, pulling her shirt over her tit. She bent down to me so her breasts were now next to my face and pulled out her phone, angling it towards us. “Cheese!” she said, taking a picture. It was the most degrading picture of me I had ever seen. I was drained, both physically and mentally, next to this monstrous sex goddess. There was cum all over my pants, and the big tits that had made me cum were right next to my face. “I’ll send it to you tonight!” She got her things and left the room, wiggling her big, muscular ass on the way out.
‘Once I have my bearings, and change my slacks,’ I thought to myself. ‘I need to have a chat with Shelly.’
