Weight Loss is Hard Work Chapter 4
🕑 Added 2022-09-23 18:00:06 +0000 UTCAs 3pm was rearing its beautiful, rainy head, I prepared a room in the house where we could do our yoga. I knew Jennifer would need a fair amount of flat surface. Maggie had a spare MP3 player, so we could get some music going. I wanted to make sure everything was perfect. I wasn’t ugly or anything, but it had admittedly been a while since I had any real intimacy with a woman, and jumping to a yoga instructor was a pretty big step. She was a gorgeous woman with a tight body, so I had to try to match her.
As I was setting up, I heard a knock at the door.
“Can I come in?” Maggie asked.
“Of course, I mean it’s your house,” I called back jokingly. She opened the door and instantly filled the rectangle with her girth. Much to my surprise, she was wearing yoga pants, which looked like they were about to rip apart.
“So Fred and I were talking…” she said, her tight spandex top squeezing her giant tits together. “And we got to thinking a nice yoga session might help us connect with my weight loss goals. Now I know this is almost a date or something between you and Jennifer, but would you mind if we joined you? We’ll stay out of the way, and we’ll make you look good!”
“Of course you can join us!” I laughed. “Yoga would be awesome for you guys, it’s great for joints and muscles. Are you sure Fred is okay with this?”
“Yes, we had a long talk. He’s working on his own issues right now. He wants to make things right, and we think this is the best way to get started. I just know once we start working out together, we’re going to be healthier and happier than ever!”
The doorbell rang. Maggie hopped up and down excitedly, motioning for me to go get the door. I nodded and headed to the front door. I took a deep breath, remembered that I too was a health professional and should be confident in our yoga date. I wasn’t sure how she would take Maggie and Fred joining the class, but I didn’t really have a choice. It was their home, after all, so I couldn’t very well say no.
I opened the door and there was Jennifer, super fit and in a sexy yoga ensemble hugging her shapely legs and showing off her toned midsection. She had a pink top that looked good on her slim chest. She was a ten if there ever was one.
“Hi Kevin!”
“Hey Jennifer, come on in,” I replied. I stepped aside to let her in, taking a quick snapshot of her tight booty as it wiggled by.
“Are you ready for some harcore yoga?” she asked.
“Of course,” I said. “Er… real quick. I’m using Maggie’s house… and I’m supposed to get her into shape. Any chance they can join us for the workout?”
I was expecting her to look disappointed, but she maintained a chipper look. “Of course! Let me go get some extra yoga mats.”
“I can help you carry them in,” I said. The two of us walked out to her car.
“You think those two can keep up with us?” Jennifer asked me.
“Eh… probably not,” I said. The both of us laughed. “But it should be good exercise for them, and I gotta support them, you know?”
“Of course,” she replied, opening the backseat and pulling out some mats. “I think it’s great what you’re doing. You’re going to help them out big time if they stick with you. Mind taking some of these? I need a big strong man to help carry them back.”
“Darn I don’t see any,” I joked. “Guess I’ll have to do.”
“Don’t sell yourself short,” Jennifer said, then immediately covered her mouth. “I mean… so to speak… sorry!”
It was true that I was short, and small in general. I tried not to get offended by it. Best to be confident, no matter what. I mean I already had her over for yoga, she must have at least been interested. “Haha, no worries,” I said, taking hold of a few mats. “These should do nicely.” We turned and headed back towards the house. “So, is yoga the secret to having such a fantastic body?” I asked, trying to work my magic.
She giggled. “It’s certainly a big part! Cardio in general, running, jogging…” her eyes darted side to side. “Anything else that gets the heartrate up.”
We both laughed as we walked back into the house. Things seemed to be going great. She was really cool, and didn’t seem to prudish. She understood she was attractive, and she clearly had some real attraction towards me, so a lot of the pressure was off. We headed towards the room, and when we opened the door, Maggie and Fred were already in there waiting for us. The two of them appeared to take over half of the relatively small room, they were each so hulking and wide. She passed by them calmly and headed for the corner of the room, laying her mat on the floor. I did my part and laid several mats for each of them, then one last one for myself.
She assumed a seated position with her legs crossed and her hands on her knees, and she looked at me with a big smile. I returned the smile, as well as the crossed leg formation, and we waited a few moments of blissful silence before she spoke.
“Fred, Maggie, please join us in this relaxing pose.”
Fred and Maggie got to the ground, seated on their two mats apiece, but clearly struggled to get into the same pose. Their legs, particularly their thighs, were far two fat. It just wasn’t working out for them, but Jennifer was happy with the effort.
“How about we keep our legs stretched in front of us, like this?” She modeled for us how to stretch our legs out, while keeping our backs straight. I followed suit, and Maggie and Fred followed closely after. This seemed much more comfortable for them, which was the most important piece. And even better, I could feel the connection between Maggie and Fred repairing in front of me. This was a huge win, not just for her physical health, but for her as a person.
“Okay guys, now reach forward and try to touch your toes,” Jennifer said. “It’s okay if you can’t reach them, just try your best and get a good stretch.” She easily reached her toes and was able to pull them back. She was clearly limber and experienced, and I tried my best to keep up with her, pulling on my toes. She stood up and walked behind me. I felt her hand on my shoulder. “Good job, Kevin,” she said in an airy voice.
She moved on to Maggie, who was struggling but trying her best. Jennifer lightly pushed on her back, which probably didn’t do much to move the behemoth, but seemed comforting enough to get her to make more effort. “You’ve got this, Maggie,” she said lightly behind her. Maggie was of course nowhere near touching her toes, but she was trying, and that was what was most important. Jennifer moved on from there.
She noticed Fred was barely moving towards his toes. She paused behind him and gently pressed on his back. “Are you feeling the pressure on your legs Fred?” He was grunting but he wasn’t making any progress.
“It’s my right leg,” he said. “I don’t think it wants to stretch all the way out.”
“Oh I can take a look at that,” Jennifer said. She moved to his front and noticed instantly that his right leg was bent and not straight. “I’m going to apply some light pressure to the knee and see how it feels.” She put both hands on his huge, fat knee and lightly pushed down. It wasn’t budging.
“Might take a little more than that,” he said. Maggie was now looking intently at what was going on. She had stopped stretching. I was still maintaining the stretch, but I was definitely curious to see what was going on.
“Okay, I’ll just…” she muttered as she put a little more pressure on his knee. She was bending over in front of him, her small breasts close to his face and her butt wiggling in front of me. To my horror, I noticed, out of the side of his workout shorts, a massive penis was now bulging out, like a fat turtle sticking its head out of its shell. It was mostly just the head, but I could tell behind it was a thick shaft, and it stretched out his shorts like a pipe.
“Oh my god!” Jennifer gasped like she had just seen a spider. Her hands wrenched up towards her face in fear as she looked down at the fat, swollen cock before her. “It’s so huge… I mean…” she uttered, clearly in a confused and nervous state.
I had never seen Maggie move so fast. Before I could even look, she was on her feet. She was ready to charge forward, but unfortunately, she tripped over her own shoes and stumbled forward. Jennifer had only a half second to realize this 600 pound plus monster was barreling towards her before Maggie collided with her. Maggie was already in a state of falling when her massive tits smashed against Jennifer’s face and forced her to the ground. And just like that, Maggie was on top of Jennifer, her breasts smothering the tiny girl’s face. All I could see of Jennifer were her skinny arms waving, trying anything to get out from the gigantic tits pinning her to a yoga mat.
“Jennifer!” I called out, running to try to get Maggie off of her. But of course, she was way too heavy, and like before, she was hard to move being a woman of her immense size. “Maggie, get up!” I cried, though words would do little to move her.
“I tripped,” she said, squirming to try to get up. Unfortunately, her squirming seemed to be pushing Jennifer’s pretty face deeper into her cleavage. Maggie put both hands on the ground and strained to push her upper torso up. After a few moments and some major grunts, she was able to lift, which was a big win for her.
But it wasn’t enough. Maggie’s breasts were so big, even with her arched up, Jennifer’s face was still stuck. At least now, I could see her long hair sticking out from between them. She was still struggling, which was good news. She hadn’t passed out yet. Her hands were definitely moving much slower than before though, so we had to act quickly. Fred and I both grabbed one of Maggie’s shoulders and wrenched back as hard as we could. Combined with Maggie’s great effort, we managed to yank her up just a bit more. Jennifer’s head was now off the ground, but she was stuck in Maggie’s cleavage. With one hand, the fat woman plucked the skinny girl’s head out, and Jennifer let her head fall back on the yoga mat.
The skinny girl breathed heavily for a bit. I could see she was frustrated, with her face red and wet with sweat. But she was trying her best not to let it bother her. I felt for her. I was literally in the exact same place before. I hoped she understood that Maggie slipped and didn’t do it on purpose. I was actually trying to convince myself that too.
“Sorry,” Maggie said, still on top of Jennifer but in a sitting position.
