ME: Of course. As always, go through Shelly.
BECKY: so i did, and she said you offer sessions at home? Like for help with fucking and stuff? Is that true?
ME: It’s a sexual relationship session, and technically yes, but it’s very rare I would do that and I don’t think all the criteria has been met.
BECKY: we need it, he’s being resistant, and he only wants to suck my tits and have me suck his cock. I’ll let you play with my titties if you cum?
She sent the picture from the day before. This picture could get me in a LOT of trouble. Looks like I was stuck helping her. This couple had long become way more trouble than they were worth.
ME: That won’t be necessary, that won’t happen again. Can you send me the address and when you’d like me to be there?
BECKY: Of course Sweetie, thank you!
I didn’t have any appointments that day so I began packing my things. Once everything was ready, I stepped into the lobby and noticed Shelly there. I put down my suitcase and decided to have a word with her.
“Hey Shelly, a word?”
“Yes, Doctor,” she said.
“Listen, it’s come to my attention that you have become romantically involved with a patient, and as much as I hate to pry into your personal life, I can’t have that kind of thing going on here. It’s unprofessional.”
She looked disappointed. “Yes sir,” she said.
“I hate to be that guy, but it can get really ugly getting involved in cases like these, you understand right?”
She nodded.
“Okay, well I have to go make a house call, you’ll probably have to close up the office today, so have a good afternoon!”
And I took off. I got in my car and began my journey to Becky’s apartment. I didn’t really know what to expect when I got there. She had already made a fool of me and had a compromising picture lying around waiting to send to the world. I wonder if she did it maliciously? She didn’t seem the type to do something like that, but regardless of that, she had me at gunpoint now, and I had to do whatever it was she needed and then get some distance between us.
It didn’t help that I couldn’t stop thinking of her huge breasts. Now that I had felt them, sucked on them, they never escaped my brain. In some ways, I was obsessed with them; no matter how hard I tried to fight it, whenever I thought about her, or her case in general, I couldn’t help getting hard. For my professional career, I needed to resolve this case quickly, before something terrible happened.
I knocked on the door. This whole place was pretty ratty. Lots of cracked windows and busted looking buildings. It was hard to imagine a spectacle like Becky living in a dump like this. It took a minute for the door to open, but Becky eventually did, a vision of overindulgent beauty blocking the doorway with her massive frame. She was wearing her usual jean shorts and her SLUT shirt. Obviously she was a thick, muscular goddess, but it was wild to see her essentially blocking out the doorway with her immense size. She had to squat to get to eye level with me, and her breasts bobbed up and down. She gripped my chin with her fingers as I tried to walk into the apartment.
“Thank you so much for coming, Sweetie,” she said, her massive breasts like a plate under my chin.
“Oh no problem, is Josh here?”
“Yes, should we go to the bedroom?” she asked.
“Umm, yeah we can get started if you’d like,” I said. I was still unsure how all of this was going to go, but she seemed ready and willing to take charge. She guided me into the apartment, letting me follow her and get a good look at her magnificent ass. She truly had a bubble butt, but with muscle jacking it all up. Unfortunately, as we walked, I noticed a horrible, familiar stench. Her vagina was smelling even worse than before. This poor girl still wasn’t allowed to shower. This had to stop. One of my agenda items was to let this woman clean her vagina, it was just awful.
After passing by the messy living room, cluttered mostly with enough weights to make a gym owner envious, we entered the bedroom, where Josh was just leaving the bathroom.
“Oh, you brought the scientist?” he asked.
“Josh, we talked about this. Doctor Gander is going to help us with our sex life, remember? I told you this morning?” she prodded.
“What’s wrong with out sex life, I cum just fine,” he said flippantly.
“Yes, that’s a good place to start,” I cut in, taking a seat on a chair. “How about you two sit down on the bed, and look at each other. Becky, why don’t you explain to Josh what issues you’ve been having.”
They sat down on the edge of the bed and faced each other, Becky looking down at Josh. She was at least twice the size of her boyfriend, with bulging muscles on her arms so big she looked like she could twist his head off like a bottle cap.
“Josh, umm… okay, I know that you like to cum good, and I love to make you cum good,” she said timidly. “And I want to keep making you cum good, but I’m noticing that I’m not getting my turn.”
“I don’t see how that’s my problem,” he said confidently. I couldn’t believe someone of his stature could say that to someone like Becky and it would all be fine. If I was jacked like she was and someone talked to me like that, I would fold them up like an accordion and stuff them in a closet somewhere. Becky took it all, and took it hard. I could tell the words stung, but she was too afraid to say anything, so she just let it roll over her like a bus. And the tire tracks were starting to show.
“Okay, how about you both get on the bed and initiate intimacy,” I said. Becky got on top of the bed and got on her knees, which made her already huge thighs and ass seem even bigger. She puffed out her massive chest and opened her lips, making sure they were extra big. She was assuming the position of sucking cock even before they started. The way she looked was like someone setting up a sex doll. This poor girl must have been used to being abused and treated like garbage, so much so that she thought this behavior was normal. Chivalry, especially in this cramped apartment, was truly dead.
Josh got on the bed and stood up, making him eye level with the giant woman. “Okay, this should only take a minute-”
“Wait,” I said, cutting him off. “Don’t you guys do foreplay?”
“What’s that Sweetie?” asked Becky.
“It’s like, when you warm each other up, sexually. Like for instance, what if you guys start it off with some romantic kissing?”
“Oh, that would be wonderful Josh!” Becky exclaimed. She bounced up and down in excitement.
“You got it,” Josh said. He lifted her shirt, getting stuck on her huge tits. It was hard to pull the tight shirt off because of how big they were. I could see him straining. “Hey, um, a little help here-”
“That’s not really what I-” I tried to say, but she was easily able to lift her shirt over her breasts, now displaying those two huge jugs for all of us to see. I lost my train of thought. I had to make the conscious effort to not drool. As soon as he could, he dove his face into her chest and kissed her breasts. Becky made moaning sounds as she clearly loved having those huge tits kissed. “I more meant on the lips…” I said.
“Oh, Sweetie, he thinks I’m too ugly, and he says my lips are too plump for kissing,” Becky said as she held the back of his head by his hair. She rotated her chest from side to side to make sure he kissed everywhere on her breasts. “He much prefers kissing my big tits, don’t you master?”
“Mmhmm…” he managed to utter as he kissed.
“Okay then, highly unconventional… and we’ll get to that later… but how does this feel Becky?” i asked.
“Oh, I love it when he kissed my big tits!” she said, guiding his face to her nipple. He dug into it like a hungry baby. “Mmm, and when he sucks on my big tits, that’s my favorite.” She pushed his face deeper into her breast flesh so you could no longer see his eyes.
“So you’re communicating that you like this kind of foreplay,” I said, trying to not get too distracted.
“I LOVE IT!” she cried. “I need your cock baby!”
“Where?” I asked, hoping this would lead to a breakthrough.
“IN MY PUSSY!” she shouted. She used her freehand to unzip her jean shorts, and a waft of brutal air attacked the room. It was like someone let out a stink bomb of rotten fish. My eyes were starting to water.
“Oh fucking gross!” he yelled as he pulled his head out of her breast.
“You don’t like how my pussy smells?” Becky asked.
“Oh god no!” he yelled. He pulled himself away from her and ran for the bathroom. “I’m gonna hurl!” He slammed the door shut behind him, leaving just me in a chair and the giantess on the bed.
I stood up and walked to the bed. “So this happens now? Is this a pretty common occurrence for you?”
She nodded sadly, tears welling in her eyes. “He won’t let me wash my pussy so I can’t have sex with other people, but now it’s too gross for even him to have sex with me. I smell so bad I don’t know what to do!”
“Oh… Becky… it’s not... THAT bad…”
“It’s not?” she asked me. Then she grabbed me by my hair and yanked my face to her crotch, which was about eye level. I looked up at her, but her giant tits were still out and bulging from her chest. She was easing my towards her vagina, which smelled worse and worse by the second. I put my hands on either of her thick, muscular thighs in an attempt to push back, but she ignored my feeble efforts. “If it’s not so bad, take a deep whiff with your nose,” she said sternly.
“Becky I don’t-”
“Do it,” she said.
I didn’t want to awaken a beast within her, so I did as I was told. I took a deep breath and tried to think of something, anything, that could take me far away from where I was. But the smell hit me like a ton of bricks. I felt my eyes bulge out of my skull as the rotten fish smell got deep into my lungs. My throat gagged and trembled uncontrollably, and I lost everything in my stomach. I threw up all over her right thigh. She didn’t even move as it happened. I left everything I had on her thigh, and she never let go of my head.
“I’m so sorry I-” I tried to say, panting and embarrassed.
“You’re hard,” she said.
“What?”
“Your little peepee, I can see it Sweetie,” she said in a calming tone. I looked down and much to my surprise and shame, my cock was making a small tent in my pants. “Do you like smelling my stinky pussy?”
