Shrink Hospital - Chapter One | Commission
🕑 Added 2020-06-12 09:55:13 +0000 UTCShrink Hospital was one of the leading hospitals for shrink technology and automation. Anyone within the catchment area was totally free to use their facilities whenever necessary due to the efficiency of their care. This was a massive improvement to their healthcare system after previously forcing people to pay extortionate amounts and it caused people to move to the catchment area from far and wide to have access to such a fantastic hospital, just in case it was ever needed.
The doctors were extremely well trained and would often take advantage of their shrinking facilities. Due to the automated process, shrunken doctors would wait inside a separate part of the hospital and relax while they waited for a patient who required keyhole surgery. Once they were needed they would climb inside their BEE (Body Exploration Engine) and be dispensed out of a machine. It was like a lightweight submarine that could travel through certain parts of a patient’s body.
The BEEs are colour coded in the hospital, the manned BEEs were black and the unmanned BEEs were white and looked similar to a pill capsule. Often the unmanned BEEs were used to deliver medicine deeper than your traditional pills were able to get by automatically travelling deeper to their destination before dissolving.
Nurses were often given the responsibility of tracking the BEEs that were dispensed at the BEE machine. With manned BEEs, they’d assist in transporting the doctors and inserting them into the bellybutton of their patient. With unmanned BEEs, they’d assist by giving the correct medicine to the correct patient and aid them in administering it if necessary.
It was Kayleigh’s second day as a trainee nurse and she couldn’t have been more nervous. On her first day, she had been assigned to take the blood of some patients for testing and each one had been a worse experience than the previous. Each patient required a different nurse to take their blood by the end of their ordeal as Kayleigh poked holes in them constantly, unable to find a vein.
She was determined to do better on day two, in spite of her nerves. This time she had been given a much easier job while she eased herself into her position: administering the various manned and unmanned BEEs. It was essentially as simple as handing a patient a pill, pushing a manned BEE into a patient’s already opened bellybutton or inserting a suppository for a patient.
Olivia was in unbearable pain as she made her way from the hospital car park to the main entrance. She clutched her stomach as it grumbled loudly, digesting her previous meals. However, in spite of her clearly active digestion, her body just wouldn’t let it out. She had been passing the most vile smelling gas known to man lately and hadn’t been able to shit in about a week. Saying she was backed up was a complete understatement.
She was thankful that Shrink Hospital had the BEE suppositories. Her colon was densely packed and her constipation was far worse than what a traditional suppository could solve without… explosive results. She needed a suppository that dissolved much deeper than normal and broke up her stool in such a way that she could relieve herself comfortably.
Joe, the receptionist for this area of the hospital, smiled as the inhumanly curvaceous woman walked towards his desk; looking extremely uncomfortable. Even hunched over slightly as she walked, her massive, round hips rocked up and down as she walked. He didn’t think he had ever seen an ass so big, or for that matter, a woman so thick.
“Hi, I’d like some... “ Olivia looked around sheepishly and leaned in to whisper, “constipation relief”. Her brown hair fell in front of her face and trailed over her large breasts as she leaned closer to the glass that separated them except from a few holes to allow sound through. Joe tried his best to maintain a certain level of professionalism as he kept his eyes focused on hers.
“No problem, ma’am. We operate an extremely subtle service here and you have nothing to be embarrassed about. Here’s your admission form, if you’d like to enter through the doors to your left and go to room 42, a nurse will be with you shortly. All you need to do is give them your form once you’ve filled it in and they can do the rest” Joe explained to the buxom woman before him with a smile.
Olivia thanked him dearly, what fantastic service! It almost made her forget about her stomach pains but the moment of peace was short lived as she felt a twang of pain strike her stomach again as more digested food packed itself into her rectum. Trying to play it off, she reached out with one hand and took the forms from the smiling receptionist. As she walked away, a silent bit of gas slipped out uncontrollably from between her rotund cheeks. She blushed and rushed through the doors before anyone smelled it.
Joe watched from the compact room he sat in as the beautiful woman passed and entered the doors he had gestured to. He scrolled through his emails as he waited for another patient to enter and require his service. As he continued to scroll, he began to smell something strange. Confused, he lifted his head and sniffed the air again.
Suddenly, he choked as he inhaled the most rancid gas he had ever smelled in his life. With each following breath the smell got worse and worse, where was it coming from? He was in a tiny room with a glass panel protecting him from the patients in the waiting room. He thought back to the woman who he had just served and realised it must have been her. Disgusted and horrified as the smell only intensified, he looked at the only air holes his office space had - on the glass panel.
The odour hung thickly in the air where Olivia had stood in front of the glass panel. It slowly rose and flowed through the tiny holes Joe used to communicate to patients through, filling his tiny office space with her stinking fart. He retched as he tried to stop himself from vomiting as the air got more dank and humid from Olivia’s gas. He was extremely unfortunate that the air conditioning in the waiting room was gently pushing her SBD into his office space through his only air holes, and he still had four hours until the end of his shift.
A constipation patient… Kayleigh beamed gleefully as she realised this was a patient she couldn’t fail! On her way to room 42, she detoured to collect her suppository BEE from the dispensary. As she entered the empty room, a BEE popped out the bottom of the machine. She picked it up and looked at it carefully. “Hmmm black…” she said aloud as she inspected it.
Rotating the BEE between her fingers she considered the fact it had just been dispensed as she entered, was this one for her patient? Usually she’d have to follow the touch screen instructions to have one dispensed but with nobody here she assumed they were trying to streamline the process. She left with the BEE in hand and headed towards room 42, another nurse passing her into the dispensary as she exited.
Jess, a qualified nurse, entered the dispensary after having quickly headed to the bathroom. The BEE she had just ordered still hadn’t been dispensed and it had been easily ten minutes since she put the order in before going to the bathroom while she waited. She had a patient waiting for keyhole surgery to have their gallbladder removed so she frustratedly filled in the details again and waited. After around five minutes, a black BEE was dispensed and she carried it with her to room 43.
The doctors watched uneasily through the tinted black windows of their BEE as Kayleigh carried them to room 42. They had heard of her mishaps and were extremely uneasy by how unsure she was about having the correct BEE for her patient. They waited patiently from within, unable to communicate to the outside world since the BEEs weren’t fitted with radios because the radio waves couldn’t make it out of the BEE whilst inside a patient anyway.
Kayleigh entered the room. “Hello, my name is Kayleigh and I’ll be administering your suppository today. If you’d like, could you please take your pants off and lie on your side facing the wall on the bed” she asked, impressed by how professional she sounded.
Olivia smiled at the young nurse, feeling much more comfortable having a woman administer her suppository. She struggled to pull her jeans down past her hourglass waist, having to jump up and down to even have them budge. Eventually they passed the widest point of her hips and slid down her legs. She easily pulled her thong down afterwards, the thin fabric being tugged out from the deepest reaches between her plump cheeks.
Climbing up onto the bed, she lay down on her side facing the wall. Kayleigh couldn’t believe this woman’s figure, she was the physical embodiment of thickness. She was unbelievably jealous as she gawked at the bootylicious woman lying on the bed facing away from her. Shaking herself from her trance, she asked, “could you please pull your knees to your chest?”
Olivia pulled her knees up to her chest and felt her asshole bulge outwards and her cheeks spread as she did. She could feel the cool air of the room tickling her pucker, the pain in her stomach very noticeable as her packed bowels compressed further in this position.
Kayleigh quickly pulled a pair of rubber gloves onto her hands and picked the BEE up, ready to insert it into the patient. She picked it up from the table she had placed it on beside the glove box and twirled it between her fingers for a final time.
The doctors inside the BEE were in terrified disarray as they heard the conversation unfold. The head doctor screamed, showing absolutely no calm in this scenario, “these aren’t built for the heat or pressure inside a patient’s colon! We’re going to die!”. All still thankfully strapped into their chairs, their terror was put on hold as Kayleigh rolled their BEE between her fingers and sent them into a vomit-inducing spiral.
Kayleigh moved behind the patient woman and used her spare hand to pry apart her massive cheeks, “sorry about this, I just need to expose your sphincter”.
Olivia laughed, “don’t worry about it, I understand my cheeks can be a bit of a handful sometimes”. Kayleigh laughed at her witty use of the word “handful” before slowly moving the suppository towards Olivia’s asshole.
The doctors were mere witnesses to their own potential demise as they watched Olivia’s asshole getting closer and closer. Their world got darker as they were pushed deeper between her cheeks, causing the BEE’s lights to automatically switch on and light up Olivia’s tight pucker. As quick as a flash, they reached her asshole and Kayleigh began applying pressure.
Due to the extremely relaxed position Kayleigh had suggested, she was able to easily slide the tiny BEE into Olivia’s asshole with very little resistance. Pressing it firmly against the elasticated skin, she watched as it slowly and gently swallowed the tip of it. Feeling confident, she pushed a little harder and the BEE went fully in, causing Olivia’s asshole to swallow it completely and suckle lightly on the tip of Kayleigh’s gloved finger.
Pulling her fingertip out from the woman’s asshole and playing it off as if part of the procedure, Kayleigh pulled her gloves off and disposed of them appropriately. “Okay ma’am, you’re welcome to get up now and put your clothes back on. Thank you for being such a fantastic patient today!” she said as she concluded their service.
“No, thank you! I really needed that”, Olivia replied as she slid her thong up her legs followed by her jeans. The pressure inside of her asshole increased as her jeans pressed into her ass from all sides as she struggled to get them up past her thick cheeks.
The doctors were in complete darkness as their BEE slowly floated through the thick, densely packed mess inside Olivia’s colon. She mustn’t have shit in at least a week, they collectively thought. They were fearfully silent now, suspended in the brown mass and only slowly traversing through it like a nuclear submarine would in enemy waters; due to the thickness of the contents of her rectum. One of the female doctors, trying to claim some leadership in these trying times, pointed out “we’re now at 79% structural integrity and it’s only going to drop. Does anyone have a plan?”
With her clothes back on, Olivia headed back out the way she had come in with a spring in her step. Even though she was still very much in pain, she was optimistic about the pain going soon due to how well BEE suppositories worked. She passed Joe as she left and popped him a happy smile. He smiled back, looking almost pained as he did. He watched her ass sway as she exited the hospital, he couldn’t believe a fetid odour such as the one that still hung in his tiny office could come from such a beautiful ass.
