Shrink Hospital - Chapter Five | Commission

Each proceeding evening would be the same. She'd be hunched over on the couch with her ass in the air as she clutched her stomach and groaned, true to her ritual she was doing that right now.
Emilia and the other doctors were sent tumbling into her depths as she lifted her rear into the air. At such a steep angle, they bounced through the thick air into every ridge of her rectum before each gripping desperately onto the edges. They held on for their lives in the slimey, ever moving prison. Emilia peered down and shined her head torch into the drop below as the other doctors struggled to find their footing.
Below them was Olivia’s wastes slowly filling the chamber, anyone falling now would be completely engulfed. However, with Olivia unmoving they were safe from that fate for now, they had one other problem to think about. They couldn't reach her sphincter, and she was full to the brim with gases they couldn’t breathe.
Groaning in pain, Olivia finally relaxed her asshole and allowed her rectum to depressurize. The resulting blast echoed loudly around the room and felt like it was going to tear the doctors from the ridges they stood upon, threatening to send them blasting out of her with it. They couldn't risk being launched into the air if she were naked, or worse her fart ending as they jumped into the stream of gas and being dropped directly into her shit below.
They couldn't understand why someone would do this to themselves, was she genuinely ill or was she careless? They'd never know, their entire world was Olivia's lack of regard for her digestive system. It was a price she was willing to pay, she was only putting herself through the hell it caused; or so she thought.
The pressure didn't change much as the blast died down, the toxic air was simply replaced by more as her body worked to break down the cheesy nachos in her stomach. Groaning once more, the blast thundered through her body and shook the doctors violently where they stood. Sobs and coughing was all that could be heard on their radio as they all held on for dear life, not seeing an opportunity to be hopeful.
Olivia could feel her stomach rumbling, followed by the pressure in her behind increasing significantly. She inadvertently sent the doctors into fits of choking as they ran out of usable air. Suddenly, her asshole above them bulged outwards and another bassy, earth-shaking explosion burst out of her. Olivia moaned, pleasured by the constant release of the ever-building pressure inside of her.
Lisa, the first doctor to finally succumb to the vile, poisonous gases, felt her vision beginning to fade as she blacked out. Unable to stay standing, she stumbled forwards. Emilia could only watch from her separate ridge as Lisa stumbled towards the edge. She screamed out for someone to help her, but it was too late.
The dazed and dying Lisa stumbled directly into the blasting stream of fart and was sucked off the ridge with it, disappearing instantly as her insignificant form was forced out of Olivia. Lisa was sent immediately into the stained strip of Olivia’s thong and held there as it continued to blast out of her. Flecks of moist shit particles covered her body and the heat only served to bake her into her position against the fabric.
Emilia fell to her knees as the blast came to an end, she had grown to like Lisa a lot. Their future as friends seemed so sure, and now she was likely dead. The other doctors fell silent as she sobbed over the radio. Only wheezing and coughing filled the space now as they all grew weak. The air still only seemed to thicken as the sulphuric, rotten egg smell filled the space. All hope had been lost long ago.
Still on her knees, Olivia felt her vision beginning to fade. Her final sight would be her colleagues falling to the ground with their faces green and purple as they suffocated sooner, leaving only her. Why her? Why this way? Did God exist? All of these thoughts ran through her head as she felt herself dying, she wanted it to end now.
She crawled to the edge and peered down, the shit inside of Olivia had filled up significantly. The forceful gas continued to work it’s way past and burst out of Olivia’s sphincter. Wanting to take her chances and risk it all for Lisa, Emilia dragged her weak body to the edge and dropped into the weakening stream of gas.
She fell towards the sludge for a moment before being picked up by the gas and carried up slowly towards Olivia’s sphincter. Olivia continued to push her fart out until she was almost totally empty. She could feel the pressure in her ass increasing but she could tell it wasn’t gas now. She clenched her sphincter and heard the sizzling of her last fart finally slow to a stop. Deciding it would be best to head to the bathroom, Olivia moved her body back into a sitting position and stood up. She sniffed in and coughed as her odour still hung in the air. “Urgh that’s disgusting”, she laughed as she waved her arm in front of her face before heading out of the room.
Emilia had been carried all the way up to Lisa’s sphincter and even partially through it as Olivia had finished her fart. She thanked God that she could finally breathe again with her head just on the outside of Olivia’s stinking asshole. Feeling immediately better, she even tried to worm her way out but Olivia’s vice-like grip held her tightly. Suddenly Emilia’s world was flipped upside down as Olivia sat upright before standing, sending the huge mass of shit right against Emilia’s legs and her sphincter.
She strained to keep the mass of shit in as it pressed down heavily against her asshole, inadvertently chewing on Olivia with it. She needed the toilet now! Cheese always did go straight through her, and give her the quickest, most explosive shits when she wasn’t constipated. And unluckily for the two remaining women, she wasn’t.
As Olivia made her way upstairs, Lisa blinked constantly in an attempt to get the grime out of her eyes. Able to see slightly, she opened them wide and could only see what she had been able to smell - Olivia’s stained strip of thong. Suddenly, there was a slight movement amongst the layered shit on the fabric. She recognised it as Lisa and her jaw dropped in shock.
“Lisa!” Emilia shouted to the weak and shit covered girl, who was barely visible. Lisa, barely able to move from the hard shit, looked up and saw Emilia’s head only surrounded by the dirty anus of Olivia.
“Emilia?” Lisa asked back weakly. “I’m stuck, you need to get out of here”, she continued.
“No! I can’t leave you behind!” Emilia replied, struggling to even move as she tried to escape from Olivia’s asshole.
“It’s too late for me!” Lisa shouted back. “Look at me! I’m covered in her hardened shit and you’d never be able to get me out at your size. You need to get out and get help!”
Emilia accepted what Lisa had said, the hardened shit would be like concrete to her. For Lisa, she needed to get out and get help. Even the attention of Olivia would be a solution, so Emilia squirmed desperately, but made almost no progress towards escaping.
Olivia sighed as she shut the bathroom door behind her. Bending over slightly, she peeled her leggings down and light flooded in between her bouncing cheeks. “Can you see anything?” Lisa asked Emilia, since her vision was only filled by the dark skin of Olivia’s crack.
“No, the room looks bright but her ass is too huge to show me anything. I’d never see past her cheeks”, Emilia replied. Unceremoniously, Olivia tugged at the waistband of her thong and felt the moist strip between her ass slowly peel away from her.
Lisa and Emilia locked eyes as the fabric Lisa was stuck to was dragged away, replaced by the flesh of Olivia’s monstrous ass. “Emilia, NO!” Lisa screamed out as she was pulled through the huge globes and down to Olivia’s knees. Emilia was left in the darkness of Olivia’s crack, the vile odours hanging around her.
More than ready to empty herself, Olivia threw herself onto her overused toilet. With her legs apart slightly, light was allowed into the bowl and Emilia could finally see the outside world. She looked into the water below in horror, knowing what fate was likely for her. Lisa couldn’t see Emilia from her position held suspended between Olivia’s knees. However, she could see between the giantess’ legs slightly so she’d be forced to witness what would likely kill Emilia.
Placing her elbows onto her knees, Olivia leaned forward in an attempt to give her shit a straighter path out of her. She groaned before relaxing her sphincter and letting out a loud, bassy fart which echoed into the bowl. Lisa could only watch as a dark fleck of shit that she assumed was Emilia was launched out of Olivia and into the water below.
Emilia had felt the gas building up around her body before it was finally let loose and she was plunged into the icy water below. She weakly clambered to the surface before peering up. A breathtaking and terrifying sight lay above her - the monolithic, life-ending asshole of a totally oblivious woman.
Lisa screamed weakly in an attempt to get Olivia’s attention as the giantess’ face lay mere inches away from her thong. She couldn’t muster anything other than a squeak as her damaged lungs struggled to collect enough air for more.
Olivia groaned as she pushed once more, this time finally letting the piles of shit inside of her leave. Lisa winced in horror as the train of shit came flying out of Olivia, the various splats against the porcelain almost deafening her. The smell quickly escaped between Olivia’s legs and filled the air around Lisa, leaving her coughing once more.
Emilia could do nothing but watch as the huge asshole twitched above her. The groan from Olivia almost worked as a warning, but what could she do? She simply paddled in the cold water and waited for her fate. Finally, the sphincter bulged open and the hard rain of Olivia’s shit came flying towards her. She was engulfed in the viscous, vile mess in seconds.
As the shit continued to fill the bowl, Olivia, bored, looked down at her dirty, used thong. Lisa’s heart nearly stopped with delight as she thought maybe she had been found. Maybe it wasn’t too late to save Emilia too!
Olivia’s eyes seemed to be looking directly at Lisa as she put her hand on the clean side and lifted the fabric closer to her face, inspecting it. However, Olivia couldn’t make out the shit covered woman, her movements too slight and her screams too quiet. The giantess simply looked at the stained fabric, “Ew they’re a little ripe”, she said aloud before letting them fall down back between her knees.
Feeling the current in the shitty water come to a stop as Olivia clenched her sphincter, Emilia clambered to the surface of the thick sludge. She was getting weaker and panting heavily, barely above the surface of the vile concoction. Emilia screamed out for help but could also barely make a sound. She sobbed quietly, accepting her death.
Almost finished shitting, Olivia gave one last hard push and forced the remaining shit to come bursting out of her. Emilia could only watch from below as Olivia’s sphincter began to bulge outwards for a final time before the thundering blast struck and buried the tiny woman deep in Olivia’s shit, never to be seen again.
Lisa watched as Olivia reached over to the toilet paper and began to wipe her ass. She watched as Olivia absentmindedly dropped the wads of paper into the bowl, ruining any chance of her spotting Lisa. Reaching behind her, she flushed the toilet without a second thought and Lisa was nearly deafened as the rushing water roared, evacuating its contents and filling the bowl with clean water. Dread and terror filled her entire being as she pondered Emilia’s fate.
Very aware of her mortality, Lisa turned her thoughts to her children as Olivia stood up. They’d grow up without a mother, never knowing what fate befell her. Although, in hindsight, Lisa wouldn’t want them to know this was her fate. She sobbed, defeated and without hope. Lisa looked up at the titanic woman as she reached down to pull up her thong. She could only see Olivia’s impossibly thick cheeks above her. Olivia took her time in pulling up her thong as she inspected the mess she had made on it a final time.
As she continued to drag the ruined fabric up her legs, she looked at the dark stain on the back of it a final time. “I’m just going to have to live with the stain, it’ll dry out anyway”, she said to herself. Lisa cried in response as she thought about the possibility that she’d have to endure this until Olivia finally washed them and she drowned.
Just as Lisa was about to be dragged between the huge cheeks of Olivia, Olivia concluded, “I wouldn’t want to wash the luck out of them”. Lisa’s heart nearly stopped as she was dragged between the barely clean cheeks of the giantess. It would seem that her fate would not be to drown, but rather she’d be battered by putrid farts and covered in the wet shit that managed to escape Olivia’s ass during those farts, until her body simply couldn’t take it.
With her thong deep in her crack and snugly pressed against her vagina, Olivia bent over and pulled her leggings up too. They comfortably came over her huge ass and hugged her curvaceous figure well. She sighed happily, feeling content and said to herself, “Man I feel good now. I wonder what food I have left in the fridge? I think there’s some left over pizza”. She patted her stomach and laughed, knowing what that pizza would do. She let out a small fart and felt the warmth of it against her asshole as its moisture was soaked up by her panties, a small taste to Lisa of what was to come.
