My everyday struggles became too big and too difficult to deal with and unknowingly fed my anxiety to a point I felt I couldn’t breathe. Therapy is helping but it’s at a point where I have to face things I’ve been avoiding, things I didn’t want to deal with. In a moment of desperation I started to draw a lot of those feelings and I think I took a first step into something along my process…
The first one I think is pretty self explanatory, the imaginary eyes that burden me, that are so hard to ignore.
The second one comes from a line from Howls moving castle, “a heart is a heavy burden”. Theres times that it feels like my heart burns me and I can’t handle it, don’t know how…
