Korra from legend of Korra hogtied with rope. Stuffed cleave or otm gag. Tied up by Asami. Korra seems angry but asami is doing this for her own good. She tells Korra to "stay out of this". She says this because there is drama between Asami and her family and she doesn't want Korra getting involved or saying something hot-headed.
Nikita
How about Black Canary chair tied and gagged by Catwoman, as cat woman tells her, some times she just needs to take something shiny, and tell Bats she's sorry.
Alexander Lasker
how bout poision ivy being wrapped up tightly and gagged by her big green plants in like a greenhouse setting. her own nature turns against her.

Foxy
“Clash Royale” Battle Healer hogtied by the Witch and her summoned Skeletons. :3
Dani from dead Island 2, she could be bound and gagged while suspended up onto a light post as a crowd of Zombies reach out to grab her, and the captor be samB.
Vanlong
Hinoa and Minoto from Monster Hunter Rise. Gagged with a lot of scarves, tied up to avoid they are going to hunt and get the reward for killing the monster. The captor could be the player (a random hunter)
TheStarboyxix
Rebecca bluegarden from eden zero being bound and gagged by Foxy! Or even just fifty capturing foxy lol
DoctorFlash
Wilhamena from OK KO Let’s Be Heroes tightly tied with scarves, and in the process of being gagged by Fifty. To her captor’s delight, Wilhamena seems to enjoy it very much. Wilhamena is a gorgeous character, and there is nowhere near enough bondage art of her

I'd like to see Makima from Chainsawman heavily taped up and gagged to a pole by Power ( female character from the same anime)
Darkslash12
Weiss Schnee from RWBY tied up and gagged with scarves by her teammates to keep her nice and quiet.

I’d like to see Gwen from the new Spiderverse movie tied up and gagged with webs from another Spider person. Maybe even by Jessica Drew?
Littleshiro-kun
I will suggest Nell from Advance Wars tied up and gagged to a wheeled office chair and trying to call her allies for help.
