According to the anime's own lore (from Renamon herself no less) Digimon technically have no definitive gender. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvzqM1dIAJE Which if you think about Digimon like Angiwoman and Ladydevimon makes no sense then. ^_^;; Heck in the german dub Renamon has a male voice. But I agree with the majority that the female voice she has in most dubs (along with the faintly curvy figure) makes Renamon female by popular vote.
