The Twins

"I think it should be even more narrow. Just compare at the bridge."
The twins were looking intensely at my face, like the size of my nose was the most important thing in the world. It's been like this every session, at least the ones before lunch. They would show up in the morning, naked or pretty damn close to it. They would quickly make a design review of where they were and what the goals for the day were. Then they would start going off some checklists on a computer out of sight for me, and apply changes after changes after changes.
One of the twins picks up what looks like a glue gun with tubes and wires to it and presses it against my nose. I brace for impact, though I know I will barely flinch when it discharges its altering magic with a burning sensation. I'm stuck, suspended somehow. I can move my eyes, but that's pretty much it. When the pain hits me a small little squeal escapes me. I see a slight smirk on one of their faces.
"Perfect!"
"Should we do voice next?"
"You heard it too!"
He walks over to the computer out of view, and fiddles with the mouse while the other twin is looking really closely at my nose.
"You're such a bad boy!"
"Yes, I am. Why, though?" He makes a quick lick on my nose tip, winks at me, and takes a step back.
"Your mod note for the voice is 'unable to call for help without anyone hearing it cumming'"
"Too much?"
"I love it. Don't know if we can get there though."
"Worth a try though."
The twins gather around the computer and there is a lot of mouse and keyboard noises, but they don't talk. Then suddenly there is a shock to my throat, like a small electrocution and I can feel the muscles spasm. I release another inarticulate yelp. I have no idea if my voice sounded any different.
"Let's have lunch while it settles and test it after."
