The feys were relieved and congratulated each other for a job well done. When the scout first spotted the time lord walking in the forest it sent a panic through the entire settlement. Thought to be eradicated eons ago, time lords would have been completely forgotten if not for the loremaster's lineage. This wasn't a scenario they had ever trained for, but in hindsight having a time lord appeared when you least expected it should have been expected. The issue was what to do with him though. They discussed to just hide and let him pass undisturbed and hope he and the problem would just go away. That was a coward's solution, and just made it so much more likely that he would spot them or their tracks first the next time he would pass. No, there was agreement he had to be delt with now. No one however knew how time lords cast their spells. That information was lost in time, if it was ever known, so they would have to counter all known methods in the hope that one of them was the right one.
That's how Eric Staub, 19 year old history major and Dr. Who fan, was assaulted by a swarm of fairies on his Saturday stroll through the woods. At first he thought he'd walked into a hornet's nest with all the buzzing and flutter in front of him. Something was indeed stinging him. But these were larger than insects and appeared to be rapidly growing. By the time he realized they were people with insect wings he had stopped shrinking and many hands secured him in a synchronized motion. A mouth gag with a protruding stick of leather was shoved into his mouth and secured around his head. A chain of iron was locked around his neck with a padlock of silver. His arms were pulled behind his back and bound together with something itchy he could not see. Just moments later he was knocked out unconscious.
When he woke up he was standing in a bright white room, both feet firmly embedded in a bucket of dirt, and some sort of post behind him secured his hands and kept him upright. The insect people in front of him were having a discussion in a language he didn't understand.
It was lucky, one of the fae said, that this was just a student. They had never heard of this Gallifrey University before, but it was sure to produce more time lords. They needed to send a message or warning to the university. Others disagreed. That would surely just escalate matters and create a full out hunt. They needed to make him disappear without a trace. After all, it wasn't certain the faculty knew where and when this student was. They couldn't kill him, a third interjected. What if they had access to norn magic? They would see where the line ended much more clearly than anything else. So the discussion went back and forth until an agreement was made.
The boy would have to be wiped of all knowledge. He couldn't be allowed to know they existed or where, naturally, but also any trace of magic training or who he was had to be rubbed out, and make him so stupid he could never learn them again, had he any latent abilities. All his belongings had to be burned and scattered far away. His body had to be made unrecognizable. They would return him to his previous size, and then some. Make him so massive it would be completely improbable it was the same person. Then return him to the human world somewhere far away from here.
"Hey, you start looking a bit like a lobster."
Eric opened his eyes and looked up at the man standing next to him. The man was naked and in decent shape, with a little tote bag hanging from his hand.
"Who?" Eric responded, not sure about anything really. It was warm and he felt great. Did he really have to know much more?
"Your skin is turning red. You should probably lie front down for a while, and not fall asleep this time," the man said. Then dug into his tote bag. "Do you have any lotion on?"
"No, I don't think I have." Eric happily accepted the plastic tube the man offered him. Eric looked at it for a second and then tentatively started to apply the tube as if it was a roll-on deo.
The man snickered. It wasn't the first time someone had flirted with him using the old "can you oil me" trick. And at a gay nudist beach like this one it wasn't even that uncommon, though he hadn't expected it from such a gorgeous looking man.
"Here, let me help you," the man said, squeezed some lotion from the tube, and started to rub Eric down. After some careful dabbing around the face he went traps, shoulders, and pecs. Eric felt funny as the man worked the soothing lotion into his big pecs. He could feel his dick getting tingly and standing up on its own. "Fuck me, you're a big dude. I might have to open another rube of lotion to cover all of you. How tall are you?"
Eric couldn't think of anything that felt like the right answer. He wasn't even that tall, really. Not compared to the man kneeling above him and massaging lotion into his skin.
"Just that tall," he said and pointed at his dick. The tallest point of him at the moment. The man snickered again. "I got you loud and clear. I'm getting there in a moment."
