I don't remember how he convinced me to start listening to the hypnosis files. The hypno files themselves probably had something to do with that I imagine. I'm not even sure exactly how I found out. I do remember we had a big fight. I shouted things like "mind rape" and "betrayal of trust". He said he would never do anything that I didn't like. After some more shouting he clarified that to nothing I wouldn't like after it had been done. Just his sick excuse to turn me into his love doll or whatever his plan was.
The day after I'd kicked him out I wanted to resume as much of my normal schedule as possible, so I went to the gym, put on my workout playlist, and tried to not think of anything but my exercise set. Only back home, seeing his stuff gone, did I remember that the playlist was part of his scheme.
I don't know when he started my transformation, but in the 12 weeks since he left it has only accelerated. I can see that comparing what I look like in photos, the way I dress, and less reliably since my mind can't be trusted, in how I act. He's right that I love every part of it, and perhaps my best revenge is to become just what he wanted and force him to watch from afar.
