Tsukimura Temari from Gakuen Idolmaster, wearing an outfit featured in the MV for a song called "Fancy dress party." She'll be at size 2 and struggling to get the outfit on, trying to reassure herself that she couldn't have gotten fatter again. https://project-imas.wiki/images/5/5c/Temari_GK_P-SSR03%2B.png The outfit itself. https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/123262320 https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/123556553 Some fanarts of the outfit for clearer refs.
