Poot's locked up, you see him wearing all orange in the court dueinf the S3 montage. Basically every Barksdale either got locked up at the safe house or charged with slinging in Hamsterdam. Bodie beat it claiming entrapment and Slim was chasing Marlo, but everybody else is down. Honestly, I think Royce is an underrated character, he does a great job as a complacent, scumbag politician.
