Someone else was having this issue where for some reason the site was only half loading, and they had to do a Japanese VPN to make it load correctly. I don't know what's going on where some people are having issues connecting, but I'll be looking more into the matter. For now, all I can suggest is try seeing if you can load the page using Google Translate as a secondary loader (From JP -> EN), or a VPN if you know how to use those as a work around.
I can't open your blog links. My browsers say the site isn't responding. Do you have a solution?
