So, you should tune your 5th string 1 tone down so it would sound like 3rd string but 1 octave lower. 6th string should sound 2 tones down like if you would press 3rd fret on 5th string but octave lower. You actually can download guitar tuner on your smartphone and use it to tune your guitar. For example gStrings is a good tuner for your smartphone.
