Progress Report

Another little progress report on how development is coming along.
I'll start with (RIA) first as that's the next release on our scheduled.
Research Into Affection :
"JD" has been hard at work these past 2 weeks working 12-16hour days making sure everything will be finished in time for the release at the end of this month!
Current Progress :
He was really hoping to squeeze in the level up event (5-6) into this release but the event itself is just too big to get done in time, not only is the event a big one for that night but the event itself continues the following morning resulting in it being one of the biggest events going into the game.
So for that reason, we'll be sticking with the original plan which is to release the next build (0.6.1) 2 weeks after this one is released which will contain the level up event + some of the morning events along with getting the foundation ready for the new locations opening up (School / Office).
Please note : The (0.6.1) update will also be a "Public Build" 3 days after it's released as the content going into it shouldn't result in any game breaking bugs unlike most of the Dev Builds that are released.
So for the next several days JD will continue finishing of the rest of the content going into this build along with doing some (Content Control) on the images "Clipping" / dialog "Spelling mistakes" ready for us to start implementing the content into the game around the 25th, once everything is implemented we'll then release the build to our Beta testers to scan the game for any bugs before releasing it to all of you!
We'll also be posting a poll later on today for our (Tier-2 +) Supporters which we would really like you to vote on as the results of the poll will determine which content we focus on for the rest of the (0.6.x) builds.
You'll better understand what we mean when you read the post attached to the poll.
Private Community :
Okay, so last week I ran into a big issue... yes, bad news first, but it gets better...
Development on Private Community came to a sudden stand still last week when Daz3d decided to crash 1-5 minutes into rendering an image...
I did all the usual checks :
(Different scenes, temp checks, driver updates/rollbacks, fresh installs, etc etc.)
After several days I was at a loss, I even went as far as to dismantle my system and build it again... still, the crashes persisted.
I reached out to a friend (Belle "Long live the princess" developer) for some advice as they have helped me out a lot when it's come to anything Daz3d related.
After some very helpful troubleshooting I was able to narrow down the cause of these crashes, one of my RTX 2080ti cards developed a hardware fault after 5 months of use.
"Some of the memory modals have given up"
Causing Daz3d to crash when trying to access them...
Now, these things happen, I get that...
However for those of you that have been keeping up to date with these progress report will know that I received 2 defective cards on arrival 5 months ago.
The card in question is this one : "PALIT GeForce RTX 2080TI 11GB"
You guessed it, the card that has developed this fault after 5 months is :
"Drum Roll"
The "PALIT GeForce RTX 2080TI 11GB" card...
Okay, maybe I'm just having a case of bad luck, but I would like to advise anyone reading this to stay away from this brand... it's just not worth the hassle!
But yes, I'll be RMA'ing this card for a full refund.
But onto the good news!
I've just placed the order for the replacement a moment ago, it will arrive tomorrow which will match the other RTX card I currently have installed.
Once the card is installed hopefully all will be back to normal!
Onto things that have actually been done for the next update :
1. Hollie's Morning Event Images have been rendered (36 images)
2. Hollie's Afternoon Event Images (7 images) - this is when the card died....
3. Hollie's Home has been rendered (16 Images)
4. Hollie's Text Message Images have been rendered (19 images)
On top of those things, I've been playing around with some of Hollie's repeatable sex event animations for her Night event, some snap-shots have been posted on our discord so if you wish to take a sneak peek at them feel free to do so.
