Like all things did when you didn’t want them to end any time soon and you were high on life and fun. The universe was contrary like that...and so was she. So was Emerald for that matter, as was obvious on their Bullhead ride when the green-haired girl found it hard to keep her hands off of Ruby, and Ruby found it hard to say no to those hands.
It was...new. Different, feeling those hands wherever they went. The small of her back. The side of her neck. Her stomach and thighs through the fabric of her clothing that, all of a sudden, felt much, much too thin...and much, much too heavy and hot for this sort of weather, even if it was still far too early in the spring to feel warm.
Ruby guessed that this was just a different kind of warm and that it made it okay. As okay as it could be when Emerald acted like she did. Stealing kisses, here and there. Whenever no one was looking and whenever someone was, completely unashamed in a way that gave Ruby a guilty thrill.
What did these people think of her, think of them going on like this? The giggling. The gentle touches. The soft, tight words spoken under their breaths, all in light jokes and heavy promises that had Ruby’s face turning as red as the tips of her hair.
When Emerald’s lips brushed the side of Ruby’s neck, the younger girl nearly collapsed on the spot. The trail of quick pecks around that spot did drop her, and it was only Emerald’s arm around her waist and seat under her bottom that kept this whole mess from being more embarrassing than it already was.
It was only when they hit the ground that Ruby got a chance for a breather. A moment to herself, to huddle up in her coat and look no one in the eye while Emerald acted like Zwei had that one time he’d got into the fridge. Innocent. Completely innocent. The sort of person that you could leave alone with your most precious possessions without having to worry about a thing.
Ruby was onto her though. Onto her and her tricksy ways… Blake’s books had, on a second read-through with someone around to translate, been a great deal more helpful and that was all she could bring herself to say. Well, almost all she could bring herself to say.
Blake, beyond being a good friend and really sneaky, was really freaking lonely. Really freaking lonely, and stuck with an urge to live vicariously through her friends. She denied it though. Like expected. Blake wasn’t very honest about herself. It was an acquired taste.
“Quit it,” Ruby hissed before she gave Emerald’s wandering hand, just above the younger huntress’s hip a playful swat while she looked for her scroll. “I need my scroll to open the door!”
“That’s right. You do.” Emerald breathed into Ruby’s ear, setting her face aflame as every hair on her body stood on end. “But do you need it right now?”
Ruby looked at the door for a moment. The door right in front of her. The door to her room, in the middle of this empty hallway in the middle of the evening. The door that would take her little more than a second to open if she could just reach… Damn it.
“... Not really.”
“Then let’s take our time.”
Ruby couldn’t complain though. If she hadn’t had anyone to back her up, Yang would have found out that her sister was growing up and things would have been...how did you say it? Up the chocolate river without a paddle? Something like that.
Anyway, another couple of minutes up against the door, making the hinges loudly creak under the stress of their makeout and some bruised lips. Some fumbling. Some random presses at a keypad and the beeps of an invalid later and Ruby was free again. Left to stand on her own two feet at the very doorstep of her room, panting and dizzy. Left alone to feel the chill of spring that Emerald had been pushing away just by standing close. Far too soon. Not soon enough.
“I guess I entered the right code,” Ruby laughed faintly. Awkwardly. So very awkward when Emerald joined in, sounding as if she wasn’t quite sure what she was laughing at. She was in good company, and it was...weird. The feeling of it. Not a bad weird. Definitely not a bad weird...but weird.
No one who had known Ruby for more than an hour would have accused the girl of being all that good at words, let alone herself. Especially not herself. Ruby knew her limits (sometimes) and talking good was definitely one of them. That had been hammered into her quite clearly due to several events that she’d been a part of in her short time on Remnant. Some, more recent than others.
She’d almost died after Weiss had gotten through telling her exactly what she’d done wrong the day she’d met Winter. Really. Her Aura had taken a hit and everything and...where was Weiss anyway?
Ruby looked behind her. Just a peek. She saw no one. Heard not a peep...and then she turned back with a weak smile and a bead of cold sweat running down her forehead as she realized that, without a doubt, no one was home. No one but her.
“Do you want to come in for some hot chocolate or something?”
“Ah...yeah." A bead of sweat ran down Emerald's own forehead then to the bridge of her nose. "Sure.”
Oh, thank god. If Emerald hadn’t said yes, Ruby had no idea what she would have done.
==========
Well. Ruby had no idea what she would have done if Emerald had said no...but she now had a pretty good idea of what she’d do if she said yes.
Nothing good. That was all.
Ruby nervously sipped at her near-empty mug. Her near empty mug that had been ‘nearly empty’ for the last thirty minutes, after she’d drained most of it in a single go while it was still hot. Pretty much boiling, actually, with only her experience with much worse, well...experiences...with boiling drinks having kept her from screaming like the little girl she wasn’t. It hadn’t been enough, not nearly enough for her to stop worrying about whether or not Emerald had noticed what she’d done, considering she hadn’t exactly been quiet either way...but hope was what made the world go round.
Really. Besides money, which didn’t count, hope was pretty much what kept the world going where it really mattered. If you, you poor thing, didn’t happen to have the light of your soul unlocked and a weapon that happened to eat up more dust than most generators, (which was most people) while on the frontier, you just had to deal with hoping really, really hard that something wasn’t going to eat you that day.
Ruby kicked her legs. The legs she had set to dangling over the edge of her bed a while ago so that she could, in between her internal screaming show Emerald pictures of Zwei as a puppy or something. She wasn’t sure why she’d thought that was a good idea, considering the whole point of this mess was to be an adult...but that was what had come up. Emerald and her, cooing over pictures of a Corgi, Ruby firmly in control of the scroll so that there wouldn’t be any accidents.
Baby pictures and some friendly blackmail. Sensitive stuff. Stuff that, just like Corgis and hot chocolate, wasn’t what Ruby wanted to talk about. Think about. Do anything about but forget, just for a moment, now that everything was as good as it would probably ever get.
Where had her plans gone? Really. She’d had a plan. One that she’d thought up, with some help from Blake, but yes. She’d had one. A plan with the t’s crossed and the i’s hearted even...where had they all gone though?
She’d had a really nice date. Emerald and her had had fun. Lunch. The arcade. Movies, dinner, a stroll down to the donut shop to pick up some sweets. They’d come back to Beacon, all affectionate and touchy to find an empty room, thanks to Blake being Blake...that last one was something that Ruby had been told not to ask about, so she hadn’t, even if it was bugging her something fierce… Anyway, everything had been as close to perfect as they could make it. Everything except one thing. Just one, little, problem.
Her. Ruby. She was the problem.
She tightened her hands over her knees, balling up her dress in them. The dress that with, once again, some help from Blake, she’d shortened just enough to make her seem welcoming without making her look too welcoming… A dress that had, suddenly felt far, far shorter than it already was as doubt started to eat away at her. Not just any doubt though. The worst kind of doubt.
Relationship doubt.
Was she ready for this? Was Emerald? Had this ever been a good idea in the first place, or had she just ruined everything in her life by being herself?
Ruby had always wondered why her dad hadn’t just...moved on. Looked for someone else to make him happy. Now though? She had to wonder how he’d even gotten married, let alone started dating at all.
Her heart. Her poor, poor heart...may her death be quick.
Anymore self-recrimination was cut off by an arm wrapping itself around her shoulders...and to make up for it, the burn in her cheeks went up three-fold. Then four-fold when Emerald started rubbing her arm.
Ruby, instead of saying something intelligible, bleated...and she wondered if anyone would ever find her body if she went out into the Emerald Forest and didn’t come out...no. Backtrack. That was a stupid idea. The school used that place for tests. Having some poor firstie find her would...it wouldn’t be good. Also, that was just a stupid idea in general…and no one that had known Ruby for over an hour would have accused her of being good at thinking about reasonable solutions to her problems while forced to think them up on the spot either.
Whatever though. Emerald was talking.
“It’s okay if you’re not ready,” Emerald said comfortingly as she gave the scroll a swipe, turning the page onto a moment where Zwei, at the age of exactly one, got his birthday gift. Gifts. An unlocked Aura and a pound of steak, medium rare. “I’m not going to push you.”
Ruby swallowed and continued to kick her legs. “... Am I really that obvious?”
“Oh, yeah. So much.”
Ruby groaned.
“I’m not going to push you.” She said as she pulled Ruby a little closer. “I’m not going to bite.”
Ruby stiffly nodded as she took in a deep breath. Took in the smell of Emerald, of Earth and spice and...pumpkins?
“But, of course, the date doesn’t have to end right now either.” Emerald finished as she carefully dropped her mug somewhere out of the way...then started the buttons of her shirt from top to bottom, showing off several new inches of skin that Ruby had resigned herself to not seeing today. Or ever.
Obviously, she’d been wrong...and now she was just stammering. Choking on words, most of them complete nonsense as Emerald continued to strip. The stammering only stopped when she felt faint and, finally, remembered to breathe at the sight of Emerald’s black and green bra...then the second shirt underneath, the only thing separating her from decency and Ruby’s namesake-red cheeks from turning to a deep sapphire blue.
“We can cuddle a little. Share some body heat.” Emerald smirked as she slowly pulled off the first layer of her clothing...then started on the second. “Do a little skin-to-skin bonding?”
Ruby, who wasn’t so much breathing now as existing through sheer force of will, just nodded in agreement. That...was something she could do. Baby steps. She even managed to not faint when she wa—heard, definitely heard Emerald take off her pants.
… Apparently, Emerald was the type to wear boxers. Or, at least, that’s what it sounded like. Ruby wouldn’t have pegged her as the type. Yep.
After some hesitation and awkward, high-pitched giggling, they finally managed to settle down. To just...lay around while Ruby found herself quickly heating up. Not just because of body heat or anything. It was more...you know. The other kind of heating up.
She was curled up next to Emerald’s chest with a single, tanned arm wrapped around her middle to bring her in close. Then the blanket showed up. Made everything a great deal warmer, making Emerald’s scent become something almost overwhelming...and that made Ruby question things.
What did Emerald use for her perfume? Normally, Ruby wouldn’t have been all that concerned about it...but, she couldn’t help but be concerned now. It was kind of relevant. Needful. Anything and everything as that scent continued to fill her nose… Alright. Back off from that. Focus. Focus on what mattered.
Focus on the funny cat videos that Emerald had pulled up on her scroll. Watching cats being cute. Watching cats knock things off of countertops. Watch cats scaring themselves. Classic. Classic enough that Ruby had a thought about getting a cucumber and placing it next to Blake before she quashed it. Not only was that idea, probably, racist… Blake was weird enough that Ruby wasn’t sure if Blake would react the way a cat would.
Most cats didn’t have access to machine guns. No more explanation required.
As the minutes went by Ruby continued to relax into Emerald’s arms, no longer forcing herself to enjoy something that she wasn’t sure she wanted to do. Or that she had to think about. It was the most natural thing in the world, really. Her just laying there, comfortable in her girlfriend’s arms. A sentence that even a month ago she would have...not laughed at. No. Definitely not...she would have put her hood up though, and that was close enough.
She shifted a little. Just a little. As comfortable as she was, and as much as she didn’t want to interrupt this whole...thing...her arm was starting to go numb. All pins and needles that had her wincing and mentally cursing her Aura because it wasn’t doing its job.
Soon, that ‘just a little’ became ‘just a lot’. Ruby started out with some wriggling to get her arm out from under her. Then, she started doing the closest thing to jumping in place without actually doing it after she found out that being in close proximity to someone made this whole mess a lot harder than it should have been.
After a few seconds of this, Emerald just dropped her scroll somewhere out of the way and tried to escape the hurricane. Too little, too late, but it was the thought that counted when Ruby’s hand encounter something hard.
Now, normally, Ruby wouldn’t have thought anything of it. They were quite literally rolling around in the bed. There were plenty of hard objects and surfaces to touch. Like, say, a knee to the face. Or an old bearing. Or, even, Emerald’s weapon.
Ruby couldn’t have been the only one to go to sleep with their weapon, right? Course not...but, sadly(?) that wasn’t what it was either.
No. What caused her to pause and think was Emerald’s surprised gasping before she slapped at Ruby’s hands...and Ruby came to a conclusion. One that the Ruby of a month ago wouldn’t have thought anything about. That was old Ruby though. This was new Ruby. Ruby 2.0, maybe 2.2, now slightly less naive and more observant.
She didn’t know why she did what she did next, but she did. Be it curiosity, instinct, or whatever other words that could apply to her situation...Ruby flipped around to face Emerald before she pulled the blanket up, only to see something that had come straight out of one of Blake’s Mistralian Doujins.
… And she’d said that girls with dicks were just for the sake of the story. Ruby was going to have to reexamine everything that she’d thought she’d known now. Again. Maybe after a good scream?
Emerald said something. Loudly. Something about her being sorry and how she would explain as her every word fell on deaf ears. Ruby was dead to the world now. Gone. The only thing that still existed was the bulge in Emerald’s boxers. The tent that had already come up to a point at the front where it beat to the frantic pace of Emerald’s heart.
Inside of Ruby’s brain, there was a metaphorical dam. A metaphorical dam that had metaphorically acquired many cracks in its metaphorical foundation during the last month. Just a load of metaphorical happenings that had started at the beginning of the month that had led to some very much non-metaphorical consequences.
Blake’s books. Blake’s explanations. Blake’s help… Ruby appreciated it. All of it. Especially knowing how bad it would be for her if Yang ever found out how she’d weakened the walls that kept Ruby the small, cute girl that everyone knew her as… Weakened, but not broken. The dam had held firm. Had. That was the important part. Had.
The dam had just broken. It’s contents released.
With the type of grace and steadiness only surgeons, snipers, and master smiths had, her fingers tucked themselves underneath the waistband of Emerald’s boxers.
Puberty had been pushed back for far too long, and now it was coming to collect.
A tug down and Emerald was quiet. Completely except for her raspy breathing as her erection was freed. All seven inches of it, a length of dark, pre-oozing chocolate surrounded by a mint-green thatch of hair and...and Blake had been very thorough when it came to Ruby’s education. Slang or otherwise.
She could have been a good teacher if she wanted to be...oh well. Now wasn’t the time to be thinking about Blake.
Ruby shimmied down. All the way down. Far enough that all it would take for Ruby to vanish some of that chocolate would be an open mouth and a push forward.
“Oh my god,” Emerald whimpered when Ruby did exactly that. Opened her mouth and took Emerald in past her lips. Just up to the head before she gave that piece of meat a light suck and a lick under and around the glans. “Holy shit.”
It was working. Blake had been right when she’d said that, when all else failed, be it time, experience, or anything else that could possibly keep ‘the experience’ from being as involved as it should have been. Be gentle. Be quick. Watch the teeth, use lots of tongue, and treat that dick in front of your face like it was a melting ice cream cone. One of the really good ones that you just couldn’t get go to waste and would get everywhere if you didn’t catch every drop.
… Admittedly. Blake hadn’t said it like that exactly. Ruby was paraphrasing. Blake had used a lot more words than that. A lot more. All with the sort of terminology and almost nonchalance that only came with actual experience...and Ruby found herself unsurprised about it. The part where Blake had actual experience doing...what Ruby was doing. That part.
Really. She had to wonder what that said about Blake, or about her for that matter, that she wasn’t at all surprised that the older Huntress was capable of giving out step-by-step instructions like she had with barely any embarrassment to any of it. She’d been almost clinical about it, except for the blush on her face.
Anyway, here was the question. The important one. Was Blake just that nasty? Or was Ruby just that sheltered? A question for the ages that she’d found herself occupied with since all of thirty seconds ago, up to the point where she’d—
“Ruby. Please...” Emerald sighed as she put her hands Ruby’s head. A hand on her cheek. Another at the back to add a subtle hint of pressure, a not so subtle encouragement that Ruby found hard to deny as her tongue danced over the tip in her mouth. Over, around and under in what was, so far, her one and only sexual technique. “Stop teasing me.”
—started giving Emerald a blowjob.
Ruby looked up. Just for a little while. Probably not even long enough to count as a second when Emerald’s eyes, half-lidded and red met her own, nearly stopping her heart where it laid in her chest.
That wasn’t hyperbole. She actually felt it stutter, just from the force of the emotions going through her. Excitement, anxiety, fear, satisfaction. Emotions of all sorts and… God. This was her first blowjob. How was she supposed to feel? Was this normal? Was she making a bigger deal out of this whole mess than it deserved? She couldn’t say.
What she could say was that she felt. She felt things that, if she thought about them a little too hard—just like the taste of salt on her tongue and the feel of another’s heart beating against the inside of her cheek...she’d...she’d do something. Nothing good, possibly, but something.
She wouldn’t be able to help herself...and Emerald’s eyes looking into hers had only made things so much worse.
When Emerald’s hips did a minute shift, causing a good inch or so of her shaft to disappear into the depths of Ruby’s mouth, the younger girl choked. Forgot all about her feelings in favor of backing off with tears at the corners of her eyes and an indignant look right upwards, right after Emerald’s member was released from Ruby’s mouth with a liquid pop and a gasp.
“Hey! Watch it!”
“Oh! Oh, crap!” Emerald quickly sat up and pushed herself away from Ruby with a chagrined expression, her boxers falling inadvertently down to her knees as she did, revealing that, as made sense once Ruby thought about it, that she had testicles as well… So strange... “Are you okay?”
“Y-yeah.” Ruby cleared her throat, her voice hoarse as she did a calming motion with her hand. Wiped her mouth and rubbed her neck. “I’m fine! Just...just surprised me is all.”
Ruby wasn’t hurt or anything but, just like she’d said...she’d been surprised. Blake had made it sound so easy that Ruby had just assumed...well. She knew better know.
“I...yeah. It was that.” Emerald chuckled weakly just as she kicked her boxers off completely. “I wasn’t expecting you to do what you did and I didn’t react how I should have… I didn’t think.” An action that, from what Ruby thought might have been done without her even thinking about it as she blushed and pulled a part of Ruby’s blanket up as a shield. “So...do you still want to…?”
Ruby sighed in relief as her aura, done with taking its sweet time, cleared up the ache in her throat. “Yeah. Yeah. I can still go. We can do this.”
Emerald nodded...and, she might have cheered. Just a little. Maybe. If she had, it was very understated, barely little more than a ‘yes’. Either way, Ruby liked the thought of it.
It made her feel wanted. Needed...and it gave her the courage she needed to get up off her butt and, after hooking a thumb into the band of her panties, right where her crotch met her thigh...she pulled. Hard and fast. Like a band-aid. No worries. No consideration.
“I’m not all that good at giving blowjobs though...so, since we don’t have the time to practice before my sister gets back—
The fabric tore easily under the aura assisted motion. Like paper, leaving the lightly stained and moistened pair of panties to dangle from a leg as she clambered up a shell-shocked Emerald’s body.
—let’s get to the main event before I lose my nerve.”
Emerald froze. Swallowed hard enough that Ruby actually sort of expected to see a lump slowly and visibly moving down her neck before she nodded.
Ruby felt like doing that herself actually. Swallowing, she meant...so she did. She swallowed. Cleared her mouth of some of the saliva that had been building up, leaving the taste of salt and spice free to spread around her mouth. Just some. Because, of course, that was all she could do.
It seemed that, just like some of her favorite food, cake for example...the taste of penis liked to linger. A weird thought. The weirdest. But it got her hands to stop shaking so much. Her whole body to stop shaking so much, to stop threatening to drop her on her face as she did something as simple as rucking her skirt up around her waist...as simple as causing Emerald to choke on her own breath as their little game of ‘I-show-you-mine’ was finally completed.
All too soon, Ruby found herself in the right position to get this done. Slowly dripping. The tip of Emerald’s erection touching her, spreading her outer lips in a parody of a kiss, with the only thing keeping it from becoming something more being Ruby’s resistance against the universal force of gravity...and, once again...Blake was very descriptive about this sort of thing. Long winded too.
God forbid that Ruby thought all of that up herself. She wasn’t nearly so flowery or sappy or...poem inclined as even her sister could be when the mood struck her. What she was good at though...was stalling.
Ruby slowly lowered herself down, letting out a slow huff of air as she felt the very tip start to press into her. Nice and slow, just as she was told. Just jamming it in was good for an audience. Not for actually enjoying yourself...unless you were into that sort of thing.
She kept exhaling. A steady stream of outwards air that kept on going even as she ran out. Forgot that she needed air to exhale at all as she looked down. As she watched Emerald’s shaft bend under her weight before, with an audible wet noise...the head disappeared. Vanished in a way that Ruby, who had thought that she’d been out of air, found just enough for her to whimper.
It was embarrassing...but at least she was in good company. Emerald seemed to be in a similar situation, her eyes closed, mouth open and her head tilted back….and it was all for the best. Ruby didn’t think she had it in her to look her in the eye. Or the general face area really. In general.
Ruby finally inhaled, her lungs burning when she had finally come to a halt at the halfway mark...with her leaned forward, hair over her face and her hands on Emerald’s stomach. Sitting there, panting, just processing how stretched she was. How full, as a deep and primal need that she hadn’t even known she possessed was finally sated, if only in the barest sense.
She suspected that, if she ever planned to get anywhere with that need...she’d have to force herself to go just a little further down. Just a little, up until she could go no further.
Good thing that was kind of the point of this whole thing, huh?
“Ruby.” Emerald softly interrupted Ruby’s train of thought with more than a little strain in her voice. “Please…”
“... Please?” Ruby responded quietly, her own voice not exactly all that smooth either. “Please what?”
“I need you...to move.”
“You want me to get off?” Ruby said, disappointment creeping into her voice. After all that and it would be over that fast? The books had been right. A lack of stamina was a terrible thing to have. “Already?”
“No! No, no, no, no! Never!” Emerald quickly said, sounding as if she were just a step off from panic. “I just need you to move. I’m going to lose my mind like this. Just...just move.”
“... Oh. Ohhhh.” Ruby nodded. That was right. That was a rather vital part of sex, wasn’t it? Movement. She could do that. No. Not could. Would.
With how far she’d already gotten, could she really do anything else? With Emerald already inside her, actually stressing her aura as she acclimatized to her insides having a lot less space that it had used to? There was no choice here but to continue.
Putting her weight back into her arms and legs, she lifted herself up with an unexpected and irrepressible moan. The sensations were just as intense going up as they had been sliding down. Intense in a different way. One that, in the end, had her looking forward to filling up that void that Emerald had left behind with yet more of Emerald. A lot more.
Ruby bit her lip as she reached the head...steeled herself, her waist and her heart...and started to lightly bounce.
Of course, nothing went as planned. This was new. She was nervous. She didn’t do well when doing something new while nervous… and the net result was that Ruby’s hands flew off to the side, causing her to go flying forward directly into Emerald’s chest. In a blur of motion and pain, Ruby cracked her nose against Emerald’s sternum and, suddenly...she knew what it meant to have someone knock at the entrance of your womb.
The air of the dorm was filled with another type of moan at that. Not the moans of pleasure and ecstasy that Ruby had been hoping for, but there was definitely moaning.
Also, maybe, just a little sniffling. Ruby could neither confirm nor deny that as she sat up while rubbing her nose.
Emerald, in turn, rubbed that red spot on her left breast with a hiss...and they looked at each other. Ruby with both hands cupped over her nose. Emerald, grabbing at one of her breasts like she’d just been stabbed.
Ruby sat up while rubbing her nose. Emerald could only lie there and rub her chest. After a few minutes of the two of them focusing on their pain, they looked at each other. Ruby at the red spot that she had accidentally left on Emerald. Emerald at Ruby’s cupped nose and crotch...and they had to laugh.
A snort. A giggle. Full on, slightly too high peals of laughter that made the tension they’d been feeling seem like it had never been there at all… Until another bounce from Ruby erased the last, lingering traces of awkwardness that hung over the both of them like a shroud.
They were still smiling. Still happy...but now it was time to get down to business.
Ruby giggled to herself, just one last time before she put her hands back on Emerald’s body. Took back that leverage that she’d thought she had before her fall, then made sure that she kept it in the best way that she could think of at the moment.
A double handful of Emerald’s breasts, soft and firm all at once, was all that she needed to not let go. To focus on the moment, not on what might happen after or what Yang might have done if she found out about what she’d been doing when out of her sight… To just do what came naturally when Emerald grabbed her breasts, all of her in turn, and started to gently thrust up against the movements of Ruby’s hips.
Rocking. Grinding. The ever so popular bounce and moan causing hop. All of them done just like everything Ruby ever did. Without thought. Without a plan. With instinct, right from her overfull gut, her ever faithful friend and guide.
And, from the noises Emerald was making with every rolling motion Ruby made with her hips…how desperately the green-haired girl pulled and kneaded at her body, acting as if she didn’t find the right spot to hold onto she’d fall into the sky… Ruby’s instincts might have had the right idea.
Emerald’s gasping quickened in time with Ruby’s, her eyelids flickering as her hands slid under Ruby’s dress to clutch at her rear. To give it a squeeze. A caress and then a smack that forced a small ‘oh’ from Ruby’s mouth as she found herself being forced to slow down. To curb her instincts, her (accidental and embarrassing) minor use of her semblance in favor of having Emerald show her what she liked...and it wasn’t just Ruby’s butt.
Definitely not just her butt, even if Emerald kept a hand on it the entire time.
Her thighs. Her abs and shoulders. The curves and dips and lines of her musculature built up from years of hard work. Her work on the training fields and obstacle courses. Her work in the forges and crucibles… The awkward results of her labor under the thin layer of softness that was the result of a bit too many cookies and sweets were being appreciated—
“You should stop hiding all of this...” Emerald whispered, her voice throaty and deep as she ran a hand along the edge of Ruby’s throat and put it on the back of her neck. “Stop hiding how good you look under all that clothes...” Ran her fingers through the locks of Ruby’s hair before she started to pull her down and close. “Not being able to see this whenever I want...it’s a shame.”
—and Ruby’s already painful blush started to burn as what felt like every bit of blood in her body that wasn’t needed to keep her alive rushed to her face within the span of seconds.
“I-I couldn’t do that,” Ruby shook her head with a stutter as her hips slammed down in shock, leaving Emerald fully hilted inside of her even as the older huntress continued to pull her down. “Its… I’m not…” Down, down, down. Ever downwards as her voice got weaker and weaker. “I have more muscles than Yang! It’s weird and gross and…”
“Shhhh…” Emerald brushed her lips against Ruby’s, shutting her up better than even the best tape and glue could hope to. “I don’t want to hear it. None of that. Besides...if you being firm instead of soft makes you gross, and I like that you’re gross...” A peck and the flick of a tongue against her lower lip stole what was left of Ruby’s breath away. “What does that make me?”
Ruby inhaled. Blinked...then kept on blinking as she felt a lump start to grow in her throat. A prickling at the corners of her eyes as she licked her suddenly dry lips...and answered.
“Weird.”
Emerald laughed. A laugh that ended before it even began when Ruby mashed her lips against hers with a needy, embarrassed growl...and she began to move her hips again, as fast as she could go without breaking the suspensions that kept her bed in the air...and Emerald was quite happy to return the favor as best as she could.
Stupid Emerald...stupid… How was Ruby supposed to react to something like that? What was she supposed to say? How was she supposed to act?
Emerald’s rhythm, what there was of it, started to fall apart. Her breathing was shaky. From moment to moment her quick, deep, upwards thrusts grew harder and harder. The movements of her hips slower, more jerky, more like she was looking for a reason, an excuse, to force herself as deep as she could go and stay there.
What was she supposed to do when she could feel Emerald’s erection straining inside of her? It’s throbbing beat growing stronger, that telltale feeling of her already stiff rod turning into something closer to steel.
Ruby had read enough of Blake’s books to guess what was about to happen—
With another ten or so hops on Emerald’s shaft, almost faster than the eye could see, she dropped onto Emerald’s hips and stayed there. Didn’t move even when the pulsing inside of her reached a crescendo and she was filled with a warm, liquid heat that had her eyes rolling behind their lids.
—and she let it happen. Easily. Joyfully… Without worry as she collapsed on Emerald’s chest and they rode their respective orgasms all the way down with a kiss. A kiss that, wonderful as it was, didn’t take away from the sensation of that same heat flowing higher up, leaving her feeling bloated and heavy before, now that it had no more room to fill… It began to flow out of her in a steady, heavy, brain-melting stream.
A stream that, as her world went white, seemed to have no end in sight.
==========
Blake, from her spot in the ceiling where she’d been watching everything go down from start to finish, bit down on her finger...and the screams that threatened to rise up from the deepest parts of her soul.
She should have prepared. They both should have prepared. Even if, at the time, she’d thought her leader had been dating a girl, it didn’t excuse her lack of preparation! Her lack of consideration for time and place!
Honestly, though! How was she supposed to see this coming!? Girls didn’t have dicks! Girls didn’t cum like a firehose, causing their partners to expand before your eyes before that thick, white goo started to drip off the edge of the bed! That wasn’t how things worked!
Well, at least, that wasn’t how the world had worked once...and now, Blake was there. Here, in this new world, and she was being forced to catch up.
She waited. Watched with unblinking eyes as the two lovers stumbled off to the showers and closed the door...and out came the air freshener. The fresh sheets. The lemon scented floor wipes and bleach. Everything to get rid of the evidence of what had happened here.
Ruby and her needed to have a talk… And Yang could never know.
