Magic failing could go over to how the lackey of the lady vying to influence our dictator is so nervous, or it could relate to the antinium small queen, or an attack on goblinhome by magicians, or something cooler, or all of the above -or none.

Erin probably needs to be revived by bringing her ghost to her inn. So until we get the dead god who went over the edge to show what he woke up... we probably won't see her pop back up.

I really would love to have Erin back, fingers crossed.... I feel like it might be hard for her to 'just' innkeep again, but there are a lot of big stuff still to happen that she could coordinate and empower from her inn...
