This is the first traditional war she has covered in izril. Unlike Chandrar or previous "unique" Izrilain wars such as Tyrion's attack and Goblin and Monster Raids, there is nothing new to introduce to the frontlines. No Undead, Quarass, KOD unique troops. There is only this new faith mechanic which we have seen before. Just not applied in a war front to this degree. I think the pirateaba touch is her track record in educating us on a never before seen war element on a typically grander(higher leveled,higher stakes) scene(Chandrar, Tyrion's Attack, Goblin Attack). The Awe factor here lies in the Antinium which we already expect to be amazed about prior to this.

Amazing chapter! I always end up reading your releases end to end no matter the length, loving this arc and the levelling is addicting. Btw I always miss the secrets and feel left out so if anyone wants to be a buddy and drop a spoiler beneath here I'd be grateful!

Glorious. We are really getting into the religion angle here. Also, the antinium had heaven and are now creating hell. Their religious sophistication grows. How long before someone asks who will determine who goes where? Who has the insight in not just what you did but the understanding of why you did it to render fair judgement on where you should spend eternity? God or gods for this new faith seem inevitable. The question becomes, what does this mean for Erin, the central figure? Is this a sitiuation similar to what happens to those worshipped in the Kate Daniel's universe? Or something much less restrictive?
