They're likely already aware of that. The pros/cons weren't really ever in question. The "re-education" came up because Erin offhandedly dismissed the entirety of advanced cooking as not being an art-form with vast complexities. "Bread is bread", she said.

You know, I like fetohep, but someone needs to tell him and everyone else that has the [cooking skills] that those recipes and basic foods eren makes were made so that Anyone can make them, with or without Skills.
