Instead of "Interlude" how about "Meanwhile"? Mainly because you are telling a story in a different location, happening around the same time as the last chapter. Examples: Meanwhile - The Spitoon 0r Meanwhile - On Spitoon 0r Meanwhile - On the Oceans around Terandria
