I know what makes you guys different from a vast amount of other groups is the great amount of trust you all place in each other. When it comes to these pvp arguments or moments that challenge the core beliefs of a character - is there ever a time where it would be acceptable for a character to leave to the party because of those beliefs? Or is it always understood that the party remains together. I've definitely been with players that would absolutely tear the party apart and everyone else struggles to find a solution.
