I would love to see you make an episode of the new intro! What a great idea!

Finally getting around to watching this and the way you've drawn/painted Pouff is that he reminds me of the art style from the kids' book, Hairy McLairy from Donaldson's Dairy!! Beautiful!! ❤️

Just getting caught up on this video today... and OH MY GOSH - you talking about the face tape and elastic to try and look better just blows my mind! You are insanely beautiful just as you are! If we could see ourselves as others do we would be so much happier. YOU saying that is total proof to me that none of us women are happy with ourselves as we are. Thank you for the watercolor instructions! I have just started to dabble in this medium and I so enjoy it.
Theresa Kelly
please take a look at 1858 Windemere Dr. NE in Atlanta, GA 30324. It just might be what you're looking for.

I have heard that using another multiple mediums will enhance the definition of characters in the painting. You are definitely doing a great job. Thank you for including us in your creativity and art.
Gincredible
Watercolour is, generally, playing with water you tint with paint and layering it, so people who want a crisp and true colour addition generally grab other mediums to finish things off. (a white paint marker, waterproof black ink, etc)
Melony Harrison
I got the biggest chuckle from your face tape story because I can see myself doing that! Erin Parsons is awesome. Looking forward to the upcoming projects/ videos!
Kiki Reef
It is SO sweet the way Barnabus is watching you paint!!!! Love him!
Desiree Coon
I have seen other channels have a chat tab at the top and that is where everyone shares their artwork
Kate
I love little Poof! I totally agree re: the plantation house, I couldn’t live in one either. I think it’s good to maintain them, and they should be businesses with the proceeds used to advance formerly-enslaved people, communities, and related causes.
Vicki
Yes I'm here

You should do a childrens book with your Addams Family and pets.

If you find you have difficulties keeping the paper very white for highlights etc there is a product called masking fluid. You paint that on your lightest areas before you start and it acts as a resist. When you've finished and the piece is dry you remove it with an eraser and you have very clear whites. If you mix white into your colours they will get more opaque and you loose the distinctive look of water colours.

Thank you so much for these Haley! I absolutely will check them out :D
Christine McConnell

Patrons post theirs to instagram with the hashtag #creatingwithchristine https://www.instagram.com/explore/search/keyword/?q=%23creatingwithchristine There is also a discord set up by other Patrons, but I'm afraid I don't have the specific info. Hopefully someone in the know will reply to this thread
Alison
Where can we share our painting?
Chris Clarke
Not sure I made much sense there. But to try to explain, to get pink, you simply use a dilute red rather than adding white. I hope that helps
Chris Clarke
Pouf looked so cute. I think that your problem the the whites is that unlike other media like oils you start with the lightest colours with the paper being the white. The white water colour is only used very sparingly at the very end. When I was taught at art school we weren't allowed white at all!
Katherine
Professor Poof looks so adorable in this! I can't wait to try this with my bunnies when I get some time.
Katie Edge Mellor
Thank you so much for this great craft along, my dog passed away last week and it’s been the hardest time for me. This inspired me to draw him and it gave me to much joy. Thank you 🐾💔🦇✨

Hi Christine, for watercolor and gouache I would like to recommend for you to check out Emily Olson art, Jenna Rainey, Sarah Burns studio, Natasha Newton, Emily Hughes, Painting and Chocolate, Tinas diary, Paul Clark, Matthew White, Sophia Pavan Macias and Jared Callum. I started learning how to paint after your video of an oil painting and these channels are my favourite and full of great information. Can we paint Werewolf next?
