That makes sense. Horsehair was used to strengthen plaster from the 1800s all the way to the 1950s. It was generally used with lime based plaster.

Now you just need to film your eyes, upload it to an iphone, stick it in the cabinet, and when you have Halloween parties it can be playing the eyes moving around and you can host and when people ask about the painting with the moving eyes you can be like 'what painting'
