I am always intrigued how you merge the macabre with beauty and charm. Merle looks like Rowen Atkinson to me!

Jenna Homan

I love these so passionately. And their origin story

Crystaline

How amazing and inspiring this is! I’m going to tackle these next year! Thank you Christine

Natalie Clemens

I want a my whole “creepmas tree” covered with these incredibly detailed and beautiful shrunken heads! I LOVE these! 🖤

VStreet

Watched this with the kiddos and they loved the way these came out! 🩶

Those are so awesome! They look like they came from Jim Henson’s creature shop!

Victoria Gates

I love these they are creepy but sooo cute !!! I loved that their hair was from the kitties. And their little costumes are just adorable ❤️

Carlie Brashears

I got to hold an authentic shrunken head one time. It was an incredible honor.

Brittany Eifler

These are AMAZING! I'm insanely inspired. The candy striping on the twine was absolutely genius. I haven't crafted or really been creative for years, but might take a crack at these. Congratulations to whoever wins the contest!

I am obsessed with these. I am so glad that this is something I can have a go at. I’ve made so many of your projects and it’s really sweet because my eight-year-old son always does them as well.. I shall always envy your patience when it comes to doing the small and fiddly bits❤

Dawn Hargy-Louden

Honesrly I was like 'wow that's so cool' after they were just painted the she adds the hair, I'm like Wow. Then the clothes, and string and string painted into candy cakes and my head flew off. Definitely my favourite video

Melissa Kerns

What a delight! Happy holidays to you and yours, Mistress McConnell!

Ruth Friant

There are no words!

Pyromite

I actually made one "shrunken head" before for fun, but man these elves are just on a whole New Level! The Idea alone to make little elve shrunken heads as Ornaments is amazing! The candycane thread was the icing on the cake in my opinion. And I agree we need a Tim-Button movie about These guys. Like: The smallest and "weakest" elf of the Group who nobody took seriously Was the only one who survived to Tell the tale. He went full "Rambo" and brought the heads back to Santa including the naughty list, and nobody of the elves dared to call him weak ever again 😎

Racheal Jones

I think there was some brown, too?

Racheal Jones

Creepy and cute!!!

MMuerte

Absolutely stunning! 🖤

Nicholas Frig

What colors of the polymer clay did she use? I couldn't really tell. Green and white obviously. Some blue it would seem? I love this idea.

Julian Odessa

That's all the xmas inspiration I needed! 😍 I absolutely ADORE them!

Tonya Moore

That was just so much fun! 🤣 I found myself talking to Arthur Buttons, and wondering if my short-haired cats might provide any future elven wigs. Merry Christmas, Blessed Yule and Happy Hanukkah to all!

Francesca Grice

Merl looks a bit like trump 😂

Paige Phoa

OBSESSED with this. Merle for the win! ❤️🎄

Ginko

That was wonderful, thank you Christine. I would like to wish you, the Captive and your pets and family a very Merry Christmas. I look forward to seeing more of your wonderful creations in 2025. :-)

Marnie Kaler

No elves were harmed in the making of this video. Happy Holidays!

Renae Borzatti

Elizabeth Hammond Miniatura

Brilliant Christine! I truly enjoyed watching your creations come to fruition! It gave me the idea to create something similar, but give them their own tree. ❤️ Merry Christmas

Marilyn Maier

Just the delightful fun I look forward to from Christine ❤️

Marcie

Ok. I thought I wouldn’t like this, that Christmas elf shrunken heads would be just a step too far for me in the Holy season. But, no. You totally pulled it off. Their origin story completely brought it together. The cat hair fluffiness and the curling peppermint threads were perfection. You always bring something fresh and unexpected to whatever you do. Merry Christmas to you and yours.

Katherine S.

I love the twirling lip threads so so much!

Tori

An incredible Spookmas addition as usual, these are so awesome! 👏

Ashley Bosworth

I love them! They're so cute!!

Ken Gerleve

So great! I was just sculpting some heads for dolls… now I might need to make a few extra shrunken elf heads for the tree!! Thanks, Christine!

Natalie

Absolutely LOVE THIS! it's so fun 😁 not to mention hilarious! Now my Xmas wish is to have that origin story made n2 short film! 🙏 🫶 fantastic work Christine! 👏
