Theres 150 episodes out and it feels like they havent even started building a story yet.. The amount of "fillers" is insane and a lot of the kids just seem to have random ass powers that has nothing to do with chakra nature or anything... Its too friendship-ish for me tbh. But those very few good episodes kept me going this long, skipping through episodes until a good arc comes up.

if you want some alternate reality there is filler arc in naruto where minato never died kyubi did not atack the village and itachi did not kill his clan you can check this out

90% of stuff before ep 65 arc are novels. People just don't care either because all those novels were never translated to English, and/or novels are thought of as "filler" because they are not part of the main plot.

There's mutlitple good episodes in Boruto. I mean it just started doing complete manga territory adaptation as well

agreed HxH would be nutty, and to be fair that boruto episode is probably one of the top 5 most epic naruto moments
