This technique is different from regular 64 palms. It's a one shot technique that attack pressure points and disable anyone for a day. Hinata used this in the Sasuke shinden novel to take down 30 people without affecting their chakra circulation and Hiashi used it in part one while Hinata was getting kidnapped to take down a Cloud village leader. Wrong, I seen many of Gon haters. They think he is the least interesting in the series character. I think, on the other hand, Gon is a misunderstood character. He really shines in the last anime arc.
