The translations for the anime aren’t always the best so I think it’s important to explain that the teleportation jutsu that Minato and Madara use are actually “Space-Time Ninjutsu”. Madara is actually teleporting when he swirls away by bending time and space. Minato teleports instantly too the same way, he isn’t moving fast physically but actually teleporting with a Space-Time Technique. That’s also how he was able stop the Nine Tails Chakra Ball attack. Kakashi’s Mangekyou ability also falls under this category. The manga explains it perfectly but the anime translation doesn’t, they just call it “Transportation” or “Teleportation” but it’s actually called “Space-Time Ninjutsu” in the manga. All summoning techniques also fall under this category because the summoner is warping the target to their location.
