Naruto didn't make the Rasenshuriken by himself. He got a lot of help and guidance from both Kakashi and Yamato.

Minato has the Yin (dark) half of Kurama, Naruto has the Yang (light) half, thats why Minato's chakra mode is darker

I think Minato is just controlling the ninetails like Naruto initially did, by taking his chakra forcefully

Obito shouldn't be able to overcome the 10 tails influence through sheer will. We have seen from naruto's training that you have to be devoid of hate to stand a chance against just one tailedbeats influence. Obito is full of hate and 2 minutes after taking in the 10 tails for the first time he can supress it's influence. Unlikly because that would make all the previous jinchuuriki including Naruto seem weak compare to Madra's puppet. He should have used the Rinnegan like he did when they were apart...remember the chains? He overcame it with the memory of a photograph.
