I don't think Orochimaru has zero personal feelings for Mitsuki but i definitely do believe its a combo of parent love and like creation love. If that makes sense. And maybe that parent love for Orochimaru just branched off of him getting more personal attachment for his experiments. Cause its clear he has had character development in that regard starting with him in OG through Shippuden with him and Taka
