Sasuke's argument against Sarada becoming chunin is valid coz if deserting the Leaf wasn't an issue, then Mitsuki too should be considered as a chunin. If it comes to analyzing a battle, even Boruto and Mitsuki are equal or better than Sarada, that too without the sharingan.
