Hypoglycemia; take the utmost care on IF. Schedule GHI 2 hours after your last meal instead. GHI is not 1-1 analogous to HGH injections, bidirectionally modulating i.e., insulin signaling, GH receptor response, and glucose uptake. Although no adverse effects should occur with traditional use (hypo-hyper prevention), this may be insufficient when paired with strict IF. - See if it improves within 2 days after changing the listening schedule. - If not, have a break from GHI for 3 days and take a closer look at your IF system, including your daily carbohydrate intake. That would be the culprit (if you have a history of diabetes, start here).

Yo Bn ! Hope your sound well. I bought GHI like 2 weeks ago. Muscle mass, pump, deep sleep, everything is going well. I’m doing intermittent fasting and use it in the morning. What can i say ? It destroys my body, the feeling is awful. I’m so hungry like 30min after using the composition that it knocks me out till i eat something. Was using it like that to do a “dry cut”, to loose fat while keeping the muscle mass, but i can’t continue like that. Do you have any tips regarding those sides ? (Another thing, when eating my first meal i have a little headache each time)
