Requirements:
Must be teachable and coachable!!!
No excuses - no quitting
Someone who’s truly ready to level up their life
Not negotiable commitments
This is for 4 months and I’ve discounted the price to $1000. Must be paid in full.
Update**** Spots are filling up FAST! Only 8 out of 10 spots left for my $1,000 personal training program. This program is discounted that’s why I’m only doing 10! If you’re serious about transforming your body and taking your fitness to the next level, this is your chance. DM me now before it’s too late! Let’s get to work. 💪🏼🔥
What’s included.
Personalized training and diet program, which will be adjusted as time goes and body composition changes. ( this is not a cookie cutter program. )
Weekly check-ins on sundays, and accountability to set you up for the next weeks progress
Mindset coaching! Easily one of the most important parts about anything in life is having a positive mind to propel yourself in the direction in which you are meaning to go! Typically, I like my clients to read a self-development book every day for at least 10 minutes
Open line of DIRECT - Communication with me. I am your coach and your mentor!
POSING. ( if needed )
Again. This is a paid and full program that has been discounted. I’m usually $350 a month.
