Even though I occasionally do, it is not something I necessarily recommend or, like for drinking alcohol, something I caution to do in moderation. And especially if you are under 25, I would not even try it. But as for most "vices", the key lies in moderation. I work out every day, eat freshly made food every single meal, never order takeout or eat processed food, I don't smoke cigarettes or consume significant amount of sugar. I can enjoy a few puffs of weed every once in a while, when I want to relax and calm my mind and body. It sometimes makes me creative. But it definitely slows you down if it becomes a habit, so be careful. Have a lovely Thursday everyone!
